PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION (Fig. 1)

Shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box and remove the old fixture including the mounting hardware.

Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts in a clear area. Take care not to misplace any small parts necessary for installation.

Thread all thread (G) into crossbar (E) and secure with lock washer (D) and hex nut (C).
Note: The length of all thread (G) into crossbar (E) may be adjusted if necessary. -
Attach crossbar (E) (Part #: A-012) using outlet box screws (F) (size:8-32*1/2L) to outlet box (A) (Not included). Note: The side of the crossbar (E) is marked “GND” and must face out.

Attach canopy loop (I) to all threads (G).

Remove screws (Q), separate cover (O) from fixture body (T) and install glass panels (P) into the holder of the fixture body (T) and secure with frame tabs (S) on top and bottom.

Install (4) four candelabra base bulbs (R) up to 60 watts or CFL or LED equivalent (not included) in accordance with the fixture’s specification. (DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING!) (NE PAS DE PASSER LA PUISSANCE NOMINALE MAXIMALE!)

Align cover (O) onto fixture body (T) and secure with screws (Q).

Adjust chain (L) to the desired hanging height and use a pair of proper chain pliers to remove and discard excess chains.

Attach one quick link (M) to the end of the chain (L) and then to the fixture loop (N). Slip lock collar (J) and canopy (H) over the chain and allow them to rest fixture loop (N). Attach the other quick link (K) to the other end of the chain and then to the canopy loop (I).

Carefully place wires through chain (L), lock collar (J), canopy (H), canopy loop (I), and all threads (G).
CONNECTING THE WIRES (Fig. 2)

Connect electrical wires as shown in (Fig.2). Make sure that all wire connectors (B) are secured. If your outlet box (A) has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect the fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect the fixture’s ground wire directly to the crossbar (E) using the green screw provided.

Tuck wire connectors neatly into the outlet box (A).
COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION (Fig.1) -
Slide canopy (H) over canopy loop (I) and secure with lock collar (J). Your installation is now complete. Return power to the outlet box and test the fixture.
Notice: It is important to use proper chain pliers(not included) To OPEN and CLOSE the chain included with this fixture. Do not open them with other tools that may twist or stress the chain links. It is important to use proper chain pliers like the ones shown in the diagram.
IMPORTANT
FIXTURE SHOULD BE INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN TO ENSURE PROPER
WIRING AND INSTALLATION.
