Introduction

When turning your buds on for the first time the right bud automatically enters pairing mode.

1. Remove the earbuds from the charge case and put them in your ears.
2. Go to Bluetooth® settings on your device and select Jaybird RUN XT.
3. Once Jaybird RUN XT is connected, start your favorite music app – you’re ready to go.

For an assisted fit setup, please download the Jaybird App or visit www.jaybirdsport.com/support/run-xt Start with the pre-installed size 2 fin and tip on the earbud.

• If the earbud does not feel secure enough please try size 3 or 4.
• If you feel some discomfort or pressure, please try size 1.
• It is not uncommon to use a different size in each ear.

CONTROLS

Download the Jaybird app to customize your button controls. Removing / Inserting your buds from the charging case will automatically turn them on/off.

WATERPROOF

Your Jaybird headphones feature an IPX7 waterproof rating. Jaybird headphones are designed to handle rain, mud and outdoor adventures. Jaybird headphones are not designed for swimming, showering or exposure to pool or ocean water. In case of exposure to salted or chlorinated water, rinse the headphones gently with fresh water and air dry before use. The charge case is not water resistant, so please ensure your headphones are completely dry before charging.

Can you wear Jaybird RUN in the shower?****

The Jaybird RUN XT earbuds are not intended for use when swimming, taking a shower, or near water in a pool or ocean. Please be aware that water will not allow Bluetooth® to transfer.

Can you use one Jaybird RUN at a time?****

Yes, you can independently utilise the left or right earbud. For optimal results, if you only use one earbud, keep the other one in the case.

How long do jaybird runs last?****

The Jaybird Run has a respectable battery life of 3.8 hours, and their case offers about two more charges for a total battery life of 12 hours. It’s adequate for the majority of uses and, if you don’t listen for extended periods of time continuously, should last you all day.

How do I stop my jaybirds from falling out?****

Your ears are held in place by ear hooks or over-the-ear/around-the-ear designs that clasp around them. As they provide a better and more stable hold than other types of earbuds, these are the best if you intend to wear the headphones while engaging in activities that demand a lot of movement.

Are jaybirds waterproof?****

The Jaybird Vista earphones are water resistant, so yes! They are waterproof, so you can swim laps in them.

Does Jaybird RUN have a microphone?****

The Jaybird Run XT’s embedded microphone is average, like other Bluetooth headphones’, and works best for calls in calm settings.

Why are my jaybirds only playing in one ear?****

Your left Jaybird RUN bud might need to be reconnected to the right master bud if you can’t hear audio from it. Open the Bluetooth® settings on your device and remove Jaybird RUN from the list of associated devices in order to link your left RUN bud.

How do I adjust the volume on my Jaybird RUN?****

Get the Jaybird app open. Press Customize after choosing the desired Preset or starting with the “Flat” Preset. Drag the green EQ line up while holding down the mouse button. Give your modified Preset a new name before pressing save. Click “Save.”

How do you wear Jaybird RUN?****

Your Jaybird RUN earbuds have been configured to be straightforward. Simply remove them from the box, insert them in your ears, and leave.

Where is the power button on Jaybird headphones?****

When you hear an escalating “Power On” tone and the LED turns solid white, press and hold the middle button.

How do you turn on a jaybird?****

brief press a single press. Press for 4 seconds. On / Off. Press and hold the Power Button for around 4 seconds to turn the X3 on or off. “POWER ON” or “POWER OFF” will be announced by a voice prompt.

How do I reset my Jaybird XT?****

Press and hold the right multifunction button for 6 seconds while removing your right earphone to make the LED flash green. Right multifunction button pressed twice. The earbud will stop working and the LED will begin to flash orange. Now that your earbud has been reset.

Can I swim with jaybirds?****

The Jaybird Tarah earphones are not intended for use while swimming, taking a shower, or near water in a pool or ocean. Please be aware that water will not allow Bluetooth® to transfer. Before utilising the earphones after being exposed to salty or chlorinated water, gently clean them with fresh water.

How do you answer a call with jaybirds?****

Simply touch either earbud once to answer an incoming call. Single push either earbud to end a call. Double-press either earbud to reject or decline a call.

How does jaybird find my buds work?****

Find your earphones with the help of the Jaybird app. The last place where your earbuds were plugged into your phone will be displayed by Find Your Buds. Accuracy of location is determined by your phone. Be warned that Find My Buds requires location access and utilises a tiny amount of extra power on the phone.
