ROUGH COUNTRY 834-73114 Bed Rack Molle Panel

Product Usage Instructions

1. Remove the top corner piece (qty. 4) of the Rough Country cargo rack using a 5mm Allen wrench. Retain the hardware for reuse. See Photo 1.
2. Orient the supplied hammer nut as shown in Photo 2.
3. Use the cargo rack flat washer and bolt to loosely secure an RH angled bracket to the top corner piece using a 5mm Allen wrench. See Photo 3.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the remaining top corner pieces. Note that the driver side and passenger side top corner pieces will each have one LH angled bracket and one RH angled bracket. See Photo 4.
5. Orient the supplied hammer nut and 8mm x 20mm bolt to slide into the bottom half of the cargo rack track as shown in Photo 5, then turn so the hammer nut is locked into the track.
6. Push the top corner piece onto the bottom rack post until it is fully seated. Remove the supplied 8mm x 20mm bolt from the hammernut and install the supplied washer (from the previous step). Align with the bottom hole of the corner piece. Loosely tighten with a 5mm Allen head. See Photo 6.
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for the remaining three corner pieces.
8. Assemble the straight bracket with the supplied 8mm x 20mm bolt, hammer nut, and washer. See Photo 7.
9. Install the straight bracket into the bottom rack post and loosely tighten with a 5mm Allen wrench. See Photo 8.
10. Repeat steps 8 and 9 for the remaining three straight brackets.
11. Using the supplied 8mm flange nuts, washers, and 8mm x 20mm bolts, loosely fasten the MOLLE panel to the four corresponding brackets. See Photo 9 / 10.
12. Repeat step 11 for the other MOLLE panel.
13. Use a level to straighten the MOLLE panel as needed. Tighten all fasteners.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTONS

1. Remove top corner piece (qty. 4) of Rough Country cargo rack using 5mm Allen wrench. Retain hardware for reuse. See Photo 1.
2. Orient supplied hammer nut as shown. See Photo 2.
3. Use cargo rack flat washer and bolt to loosely secure a RH angled bracket to top corner piece using 5mm Allen Wrench. See Photo 3.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for remaining top corner pieces. NOTE: Driver side and passenger side top corner pieces will each have one (1) LH angled bracket and one RH angled bracket. See Photo 4.
5. Orient supplied hammer nut and 8mm x 20mm bolt to slide into bottom half of cargo rack track as shown in Photo 5, then turn so hammer nut is locked into the track.
6. Push top corner piece on to bottom rack post until it is fully seated. Remove the supplied 8mm x 20mm bolt from the hammer nut and install supplied washer (from previous step). Align with bottom hole of corner piece. Loosely tighten with 5mm Allen head. See Photo 6.
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for remaining three (3) corner pieces.
8. Assemble straight bracket with supplied 8mm x 20mm bolt, hammer nut, and washer. See Photo 7.
9. Install straight bracket into bottom rack post and loosely tighten with 5mm Allen wrench. See Photo 8.
10. Repeat steps 8 and 9 for remaining three (3) straight brackets.
11. Using supplied 8mm flange nuts, washers, and 8mm x 20mm bolts, loosely fasten MOLLE panel to the four (4) corresponding brackets. See Photo 9 / 10
12. Repeat step 11 for other MOLLE panel.
13. Use a level to straighten MOLLE panel as needed. Tighten all fasteners
