Important Safety Instructions
- This product is only suitable for Apple Phone 12 and above, Apple Watch, Air Pods, not for charging other brand products.
- Please make sure your phone supports wireless charging, otherwise it will not be able to charge.
- Please don’t put metal/magnet/credit card on your phone or phone case, otherwise it will affect the wireless charging or even can’t charge.
- This wireless charger is not compatible with non-Mag Safe cases such as Otter box Defender cases. Do not use a case that is more than 2mm thick or it will not charge.
- Do not disassemble, hit, crush or throw it into fire. Incorrect reassembly may result in fire or make a risk of injury.
- Do not use this product under severe high temperature, humidity or corrosive conditions to avoid damaging the circuitry with leakage.
- Do not spill water or other liquids on the wireless charger. If you need to clean it, please make sure the power is disconnected.
- When charging, please keep the distance between the implanted medical device (pacemaker, cochlear implant, etc.) and the wireless charger at least 20cm to avoid potential interference with the medical device.
- When using a charger for power supply, please purchase or use a charger that has obtained certification and meets the standard requirements. Make sure to use a charging adapter that has a single-port output of 30W or greater.
- Use of power cords or chargers other than those recommended or sold by the manufacturer of this product can result in a risk of fire or personal injury.
- Do not use a charger with an output of 5V **** 1A (5W) or less.
- High temperatures will reduce charging speed and also limit power, a problem that occurs with all wireless chargers. It is recommended to charge your device at room temperature.
- The position of the phone case and device on the wireless charger will affect the charging speed. The further away from the center of the wireless charger, the slower the charging speed is.
- When charging, it may get hot. It is a normal phenomenon, no need to worry.
- Improper use, dropping or excessive force may cause damage to this product.
- Do not use harmful chemicals or detergents to clean this product.
- Please store this product in a cool and dry place, do not store this product in a hot or humid environment.
- Keep this product out of the children.

compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
