Daily Maintenance

1. Please turn off the product first when cleaning and maintaining this product. Clean it with wet paper towels. Or with a soft cloth with a little medical alcohol (alcohol concentration of 75%) for wiping and disinfecting if it is too dirty ;
2. During daily maintenance, please use a neutral detergent and a soft cloth to wipe. Do not use corrosive cleaning agents. Do not put it in water to soak or rinse. Do not flush it with water.
3. During the cleaning process, please prevent water or other liquids from flowing into its body of it to avoid the risk of short circuits or electric shock when using.

Warning: This product MUST not contact with chemicals such as disinfecting liquid, industrial alcohol, cleaning solution, and other daily- use strong alkali and strong acid chemicals.
Attentions
Important notice: save for future use. It should not be used by people who cannot take care of themselves, infants or people who are not sensitive to heat.

1. This product should not be used by children under the age of 10 alone, unless the parent or guardian has set the product in advance, or has guided the children about how to use the product.

2. Do not use this product for strollers.

3. Do not put your fingers or any other objects into the protective net when the product is working, to prevent injury.

4. This product contains highly sensitive electronic components (including batteries, cooling plates, etc.), which can be damaged or result in personal injury if dropped, burned, pierced, extruded, disassembled or exposed to high temperatures, liquids or high concentrations of industrial chemicals (including near evaporative liquefied gases, such as helium).

5. Some components of this product may interfere with related medicaequiment such as cardiac pacemakers and defibrillators. It is not recommended for users with implanted medical devices to use this product. If you need to use it, please consult your doctor first and use it under the doctor’s advice. (After getting permission from your doctor) If you find that this product is interfering with your medical equipment, please stop using it.

6. Please choose to use the appropriate time and temperature, according to your physical condition and ambient temperature. It is recommended that you use the cooling/heating mode for no more than 30 minutes at a time to avoid the risk of discomfort in overcold or low temperature burn.

7. If you feel discomfort in the process of using or after use, please stop using. In case of any accident, please see a doctor immediately.

8. Cooling plates should avoid contacting with wounds and scars during use.

9. The product is recommended for use by one user. Please clean the cooling plates on the product before cross-use.

10. Do not use with other medical devices or more than 2 units of this product, otherwise it may cause nausea or physical discomfort.

11. Please do not use refrigeration with the chipped or damaged surface, it may cause accidents or failures.

12. Do not use it for other purposes not mentioned in this manual, it may cause accidents or failures.

13. In the following cases, please consult a doctor before use. Otherwise, accidents or discomfort may occur.
    a. Patients who are being treated and feel physically abnormal;
    b. Patients with abnormal heart, liver, and cranial nerves;
    c. Patients with sensory disease;
    d. Patients with skin perception disorder or skin abnormalities;
    e. Patients who are taking drugs;
    f. Patients with abnormal blood pressure;
    g. Patients who cannot express their will freely;
    h. Patients with perceptual disturbances due to high peripheral circulation disorders such as diabetes mellitus;
    i. Patients with a skin allergy to plastic or metal.

14. Do not use it under the following circumstances:
    a. Patients with malignant tumors;
    b. Patients with bleeding tendency;
    c. Pregnant women and parturients;
    d. Patients with acute suppurative inflammation;
    e. Cardiac pacemaker users;
    f. Patients with metal implants;
    g. Use it near the heart of the human body.

15. This product is easy to collect static electricity when used in areas with dry air, and your neck may suffer from weak static discharge from the product. To minimize this risk, avoid using the product in extremely dry environments.

16. Please avoid subjecting the product to shocks such as long-distance vibration or falling from height.

17. It is prohibited to use the product after immersion in water.

18. Do not place the product in it is humid, of high temperature and other extreme conditions. Do not put the product in the car to expose it to the sun, so as not to cause damage to the product.

19. Do not expose this product to rain, liquid or moisture to reduce the risk of fire or electric shock; do not place objects containing liquids (such as vases, etc.) on or near this product.

20. Don’t use it near the heating equipment and other places with hot air or firework, or in places (such as swimming pool, hot spring, kitchen, etc.) that are prone to generate a lot of dust, fog, and oil smoke.

21. Please use a charger that has obtained certification and meets standard requirements for charging. There is a risk of death or injury by charging with a charger that does not meet the certification standards.

22. To bring you a better charging experience, it is suggested that you use the charger of QC protocol or the charger that meets the output of 5V 3A/9V 2A.

23. Do not plug and unplug the USB charging cable with wet hands, it may cause an electric shock or accident.

24. Do not pull the wire when unplugging the USB charging cable from the unit. Instead, hold the wire plug and pull it out. Otherwise, it may cause electric shock or damage the product.

25. Please stop using the charging cable in case of breakage. Using a broken charging cable or charger, or charging in a humid environment, can result in the risk of fire, electric shock, injury, damage to products or other property.

26. When the product is faulty and needs to be repaired, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, maintenance department or professionals to avoid danger. Other people are not allowed to dismantle and repair.

27. When not in use, clean the oil and dust from the product surface. After cooling to room temperature, store in a dry and ventilated place, avoid pressing.

About Bluetooth Technology

1. The working range of Bluetooth technology is within 10m. The longest communication distance depends on whether there are obstacles (people, metal objects, walls, etc.) or an electromagnetic environment.
2. The microwave emitted by Bluetooth equipment may affect the operation of electronic medical equipment. Please turn off this product and other Bluetooth devices in the hospital, next to the priority seats of trains, places where flammable gases exist, automatic doors, or beside fire alarms, or it may lead to accidents.
3. When this product is used on the plane, radio waves may affect the instrument, resulting in accident danger due to malfunction. Please follow the instructions of flight attendants or consult the airline on which you are flying to know the conditions for using this product.
4. This product supports the security function conforming to Bluetooth standards, and ensures security in the process of using Bluetooth wireless technology. However, this security may not be sufficient, depending on the configured settings and other factors. Therefore, please be careful when using Bluetooth wireless technology.
5. Our company is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by information leakage caused by using Bluetooth technology.
6. This product cannot guarantee that all Bluetooth devices can be connected by Bluetooth.
   A. The Bluetooth device connected to this product must conform to the Bluetooth standard specified by Bluetooth SIG, Inc, and be certified as conforming to the standard.
   B. Even if the connected devices conform to the Bluetooth standard, there may be situations where the characteristics or specifications of Bluetooth devices make it impossible to connect or lead to different control methods, displays, or operations.

Battery Warning

This product is equipped with a built-in lithium battery, and please pay attention to the followings:

1. Please charge the product in time when the battery is low. To protect the battery, please turn on the product every 3 months until the battery power runs out and then fully charge the product, when not in use for a long time. It is recommended to use and store it in a suitable environment.
2. Do not disassemble, impact, extrude, or throw it into the fire. Do not continue to use it if it is inflated severely. Do not place it in a high-temperature environment. Do not continue to use it and have it repaired by professionals if the battery life is seriously shortened.
3. There is a risk of explosion if the battery is improperly replaced, and it can only be replaced with a battery of the same or equivalent type by a professional.
4. The battery (battery pack or assembled battery) shall not be exposed to overheated environments such as sunlight or fire.
5. Products containing lithium batteries should be handled separately from household waste. If the product is disposed of, it is necessary to remove the battery and insulate the positive and negative ends and put it into the designated recycling locations or hand it over to the environmental protection recycling department for disposal, and cannot discard it at will.

7. `Remove the screw cover on the right side, and the screws with a screwdriver, then remove the front decorative cover;
8. Pry the upper and lower shells with a screwdriver, then remove the screws of the circuit board with a screwdriver;
9. Unplug the battery socket to take out the battery;
10. Remove the left battery in the same way.

( Special warning : Do not cut off all the cables between the battery and the circuit board at the same time.)
