**** Intended conditions of use
FILNET B300 ULTRASONIC is equipment used for immersion cleaning thanks to the
combined action of the temperature and the SONICLEAN chemical and the
ultrasonics. The temperature is controlled with two resistance heaters to heat
the water inside. The ultrasonics are generated by an ultrasonic generator
incorporated in the machine. Its operation is simple and is carried out by the
control panel, located on the front of the machine. Once the clean objects
have been taken out, they should be rinsed in order to remove the remains of
the chemical that can still be found on them. It is suitable for cleaning
kitchen utensils and grease retention filters.
It does not need to be used with any other equipment in order for it to work.
It only needs a suitable electrical outlet near to where the machine will be
placed.
Any other use is completely prohibited without written permission from
the manufacturer.
Unless indicated otherwise, the degreasing chemical product shall be the
one recommended by the manufacturer, SONICLEAN DETERGENT.
Using a different chemical will nullify the guarantee and might cause
irreparable damage to your FILNET B300 ULTRASONIC machine.

The percentage of ultrasonic power display indicate an alarm fault code. The fault code is as follows:
| Fault code| Fault reason
---|---|---
1| AL-1| Lack of water alarm
2| E-10| Address 1 Generator Communication Failure
3| E-20| Address 2 Generator Communication Failure
4| E-30| Address 3 Generator Communication Failure
5| E-40| Address 4 Generator Communication Failure
6| E-50| Address 5 Generator Communication Failure
7| E-60| Address 6 Generator Communication Failure
Steps to install the equipment correctly:
① Positioning your FILNET:
Place your FILNET on a smooth and stable surface. Place the machine near to
a mains electrical outlet. Once the machine has been positioned in the best
place for performing the work, lock all the wheels so that the machine remains
stable.
③ Filling the tank:
Remove the cover and fill your FILNET’s tank with a mixture of water and
chemical. The ratio of chemical to water in the mixture is estimated according
to the chemical’s instructions.
** Do not fill the tank up to the top in order to avoid the mixture
overflowing when inserting the objects to be cleaned.
③ Operation steps :**
-
Connect the control board’s power port to the 24V switching power supply (note the positive and negative directions).
After setting the heating temperature, ultrasonic working time, power percentage, and the communication address of the control board, start the ON/OFF button to tart the ultrasonic work. At the same time, press the HEAT ON/OFF button to turn on the cleaning tank heating. -
When there are too many bubbles in the cleaning tank, press the DEA button to activate the degassing function of the ultrasonic wave.
④ Checking the temperature of the mixture:
Check that the temperature of the mixture is suitable for the cleaning task.
This temperature must be between 65 – 80oC so that the chemical acts at an
optimal level. The cover must be closed, except for when checking the
temperature and inserting or taking out the objects to be washed.
** The energy consumption when starting up the machine is high. However,
its consumption when operating is a lot lower.
⑤ Loading the FILNET:
Load the basket with the objects to be cleaned and place it in the tank,
holding the basket by its handles. After inserting the objects to be cleaned,
close the cover.
** Be careful when submerging the basked in the tank in order to avoid
splashing.
** The machine does NOT work if it is empty, so to start it we will have to
fill it up to its optimal capacity
⑥ Unloading your FILNET:
Unload the objects from the basket after the cleaning time has come to an end.
To remove the basket, hold it by the handles. Depending on the objects being
cleaned, a given time will be required. These approximate times are set out in
the timings table in the manual.
** Before opening the cover completely, open and then close it again in
order to release the steam.
** After unloading the tank, rinse off all the objects to remove the
remains of the chemical.
⑦ Closing your FILNET:
Close the cover when the job has finished.
** Do not turn off your FILNET unless it is going to be unused for a
prolonged period of time.
**** Use of chemical products
SONICLEAN DETERGENT is a liquid detergent specifically for removing stubborn
grease on any type of metal, except aluminium, with an ultrasound machine. It
is especially formulated for use with the FILNET grease removal system. Its
effectiveness is guaranteed for 30 days of use, maintaining its active
ingredients. To use it, pour the SONICLEAN DETERGENT in the FILNET’s tank
until the chemical represents 5% of the chemical/water mixture and stir until
it is completely dissolved.
It is supplied in 10 litre containers and has the following characteristics:
- Physical and chemical properties:
- Physical state: Liquid
- Colour: Reddish-yellow
- Smell: Floral
- The product, when dissolved at 2%, is classified as Xi (irritant) with R36/38 (irritant to the eyes and skin).
SONIPOWER BOOSTER is a chemical that increases the performance of the SONICLEAN DETERGENT by using ultrasound as a cleaning technique. The booster chemical has to be 2.5% of the mixture. It is supplied in 10 litre containers and has the following characteristics:
- Physical and chemical properties:
- Physical state: Liquid
- Colour: Colourless
- Smell: Alcohol
Before starting to clean, it is very important to read the label on the
product’s container in order to know the properties, uses, instructions and
warnings to bear in mind when using SONICLEAN DETERGENT and SONIPOWER BOOSTER.
Handling and storage:
- It must be stored in a covered and dry place.
- Do not store in temperatures lower than 5oC.
- Do not store in temperatures higher than 30oC.
- Do not mix with any other chemical product.
The maximum storage time is 6 months.
Use PPE to prevent splashes or inhalation of the fumes emitted by the
chemical.
It is mandatory to use PPE when working with the machine as set out in
Law 31/1995 for Occupational Risk Prevention.
PPE that has to be used when handling your FILNET B300 Ultrasonic:
| complete facial protection| This protects against particles and splashes.
The standard that governs this PPE is UNE EN 166:2002 “Personal
eye-protection – Specifications”.
---|---|---
| complete body protection| It protects the body from accidental chemical
splashes.
The standard that governs this PPE is UNE EN 13034:2005.
| complete protection of hands| It protects hands from accidental chemical
splashes and against mechanical risks such as burns.
The standards that govern this PPE is UNE EN 420:2004 and UNE EN 374-1:2004.
| complete breathing protection| It protects against the inhalation of fumes
produced by the chemical The standard that governs this PPE is UNE EN
136:1998.
Transport
The machine has been designed to be able to transport it in a small van.
When transporting the machine it should be firmly tied in order to prevent any
type of damage. Additionally, it should be placed in its normal working
position (vertical) and the front wheel brakes should be on.
Placing the machine on a transport pallet or anything similar is advised
against. It is essential that the machine is stood on a completely flat and
horizontal surface.
The machine should never be placed in a horizontal position for
transporting it. This would cause significant damage in the machine and
consequently it would not function correctly.
The machine must always be empty when transporting it.
**** Maintenance and care
Keep the machine as clean as possible and somewhere that is protected from the
weather.
** After starting up your FILNET do not turn it off unless it is going to
be unused for more than a week. The reason for this is because the energy
needed to heat the mixture of water and chemical to the optimal temperature is
greater than the energy needed to keep it running. This is because your FILNET
is thermally insulated.
The water and chemical mixture is changed around every 30 days. This is the
time that the chemical is still effective for, according to the manufacturer’s
data sheet. Depending on the work load that is used in the mixture, this
mixture change period can decrease.
Replacement parts:**
TEINNOVA has replacements for all parts of the machine as well as for
consumables for all the maintenance tasks mentioned in this manual.
In the event of needing any part or consumable, get in touch with TEINNOVA’s
Customer Service Department on telephone number: +34 941 44 50 56.
