We try to do everything possible to ensure that you are satisfied with this product and can work with it without any problems.
If you have any questions about this product, please contact your dealer or our company directly.
Before operating the machine, carefully read the operating instructions for your equipment.
Please consider this manual as part of the machine and keep it handy for future reference.

Safety Warnings

• The VISIOBOT LITE must NOT be used for purposes other than those described in this instruction manual.
• Before starting up the equipment, make sure that all connections are correct.
• Be careful to place your VISIOBOT LITE on a smooth and stable surface.
• Persons operating the VISIOBOT LITE equipment must be sufficiently trained.
• It is advisable to wear mechanical protection gloves and coveralls when operating the equipment.
• To avoid electric shock, never expose the equipment to rain. Store the equipment indoors in a cool, dry place.
• Check the type of plug before connecting to the mains.
• It is advisable to wear full face protection to prevent splashes from reaching the operator’s eyes.
• Properly secure your VISIOBOT LITE during transport in a vehicle.
• Do not disassemble your VISIOBOT LITE equipment, nor manipulate any of the internal elements of the equipment. In the event of a fault, please contact TEINNOVA’s Technical Assistance Service on +34 941 44 50 56.

Envisaged Conditions of Use

VISIOBOT LITE has been designed to offer the user all possible advantages when carrying out technical inspections inside air conditioning or ventilation ducts.
All this technology is integrated in a compact, heavy-duty case for light transport. It can be used where there is no electricity thanks to its long battery life.

Operating Instructions

Steps for a correct installation of your VISIOBOT LITE:

1. Positioning your VISIOBOT LITE:

Place your VISIOBOT LITE on a smooth and stable surface.

2. Connection to the electricity grid:

Connect the mains cable to the device, turn it slightly to the right and plug it into the mains.

3. Switching on the equipment:

Press the power button to power the equipment. The display will turn on automatically, unless it is battery operated, which will need to be turned on manually.

4. Connect the tractor unit to the equipment:

Connect the 20 metre cable to the equipment, paying attention to the position of the pins so as not to bend them.

Connect the other end of the cable to the tractor, hooking on the anti-pull rope and observing the position of the pins.

Steps for a correct stop of your VISIOBOT LITE:

1. Disconnect the tractor from the equipment:

Disconnect the 20 metre cable to the equipment.

Release the anti-pulling rope of the tractor unit so that the cable can be disconnected.

2. Switching off the equipment:

Turn off your VISIOBOT LITE by pressing the power button.

3. Disconnection from the mains:

Disconnect the power cable from the mains.
Release it from the equipment by pressing the tab and turning it to the left.

Transport

The machine has been designed to be transported in a small van.
During transport the machine must be securely strapped down to prevent any damage.
It is not recommended to place the machine on a transport pallet or similar. The machine must be placed on a completely flat and horizontal surface.

Clean all parts of the machine thoroughly before loading it for transport.

Maintenance and Care

Keep the equipment as clean as possible, storing it in a place protected from the weather.
Keep the machine in good condition, avoid knocks or overloading.
Keep the connections clean to avoid obstructions in the pipes that could cause serious breakdowns in the main elements of the machine.

Waste Management

The materials used in the packaging are recyclable. Do not dispose of the packaging in household waste, but hand it in at official collection points for recycling.

Do not throw electrical appliances in the trash! We recommend that electrical tools and accessories are subjected to an environmentally friendly recycling process. Please dispose of the materials in the appropriate container or go to your local collection points.

Guarantee Conditions

1. “TEINNOVA” guarantees its products for a period of 15 days, in relation to those aesthetic defects or defects in the product that are v i s i b l e to the naked eye, and for a period of 1 year, in relation to the remaining manufacturing defects or defects in the product. The “Buyer” must notify the existence of the defects as soon as they are noticed and, in any case, within a maximum period of 5 days after they become apparent. Notification outside this period shall imply the non-application of the guarantee.

“TEINNOVA” will collect and send the products to the factory or to the nearest official Technical Assistance Service for inspection. At that time it will be determined whether the warranty will be applicable or whether it falls within the warranty exclusions. If the warranty is applicable, TEINNOVA will be responsible for the transport, both for collection from the customer’s premises and for returning the product. If it is excluded from the warranty (section 2), the transport, both for collection from the customer’s premises and for the return of the product, shall be at the customer’s expense.

“TEINNOVA” reserves the right to reject the application of the guarantee in the event that there is no evidence of the non-conformity of the product, and the guarantee shall not apply until coverage has been expressly approved. In the event of coverage,

“TEINNOVA” may replace the product or determine the method of repair required.

All repair work carried out under the product warranty must be carried out at the premises of “TEINNOVA” or its designee. The warranty shall cover the materials and labour necessary to repair or replace parts or elements considered to be defective in origin.

The amount or value guaranteed shall be a maximum of the sale price of the product to the “Purchaser”. Any claims made under the guarantee shall not entitle the customer to defer and/or suspend payment of the corresponding invoice and/or any other outstanding invoices.

2. Warranty Exclusions: The following are excluded from the warranty: Actions, alterations and manipulations of the product carried out without the prior express authorisation of the Seller; indirect and/or consequential damage; damage due to negligence, improper use or use not in accordance with the instructions for use of the product or intentional; faults due to adaptations made to the same or to the use of parts not approved or authorised beforehand and expressly by the Seller; costs of ascertaining the defect; collection or replacement costs (the latter two unless the lack of conformity is established and within the limits
established in paragraph (1).
