Boot-up Wizard

• When 1st use. please follow the boot-up wizard to set the language, internet, date time, Google service (internet, date & time setup can be skipped).
• The first boot up may take a few minutes, so please be patient.

Pre-use Settings

Set the language

Click on Settings , scroll to the botom and select System. Follow the diagram below to add the language you are using.

1. Click Settings, scroll to the bottom and select System. Then start setting the language.
   

2. After adding the language you want to set, press and hold the icon and drag it to the top to complete the setting.
   

Set the keyboard

1. Click on Language & Input Method, select Virtual Keyboard and click on Gboard.
   

2. Gboard and select the language to start adding the keyboard language.
   

3. Click the button below to start adding the keyboard language.
   

4. After adding your desired keyboard language, long press the button below to switch your desired keyboard language.
   

Support Google Play Store

• Free download and installation, you can dovsnload and install any kind of applications from the google play store.
• Please do not install high capacity grams / heavy grams as this is just a music player.
• Please do not install applications from any third-party or unknown sources out of google play store, it may causes compatibility problem or virus, etc.
• Application installation will do effect the system speed, the more apps installed, the slower the system wilbe Once the music player stuck or restart without a notice, it may be caused by the installation of too many apps, in this case, please remove some of the apps to leave a space for system to run smoothly.

When you use google play store, you may be prompted that Google Play won’t run unless you update the Google service, don’t worry, just follow the prompts to update

Bluetooth

• This is a 2 way Bluetooth, connect the device and the mobile phone using Bluetooth, so you can transfer flies to each other through Bluetooth.
• Bluetooth device name: AHENOD G15.
• Please disconnect the Bluetooth device from other devices before pairing vrith this unit, other vise the pairing will fail.

Reset

• If the device get stuck, please poke the reset hole for 3-5 seconds, make sure you did the reset successfully, then turn on the device.

Trouble Shooting

The device does not respond to charging or connecting to the PC

• Usually, use a USB cable to connect the player to the computer, the top of the player will appear with an icon P on the top of the screen.
• And an MTP device named AHENOD G 15 will appear in the drive list of your computer.

Troubleshooting:

• Check whether it is caused by poor contact.
• Check whether the USB port is damaged.
• Check if the USB cable is damaged.
• You can also try to use the USB cable to connect to other devices if there is also no response, it means also that the USB cable has been damaged.
  Please contact after-sales support for a replacement or refund.

The SD card is not working properly.

• Re-insert it into the AHENOD G 1 5 player.
• Check the SD card for physical damage
• Check if the SD card is FAT32 or EXFAT. (only FAT32 format is perfectly supported)
• Make sure that the SD card’s metal teeth are clean.
• Make sure that the SD card has sufficient free storage for your needs.
• if you still run into any issues, e-mmail us with a video or photo showing them

The operating speed become slowly/ stuck /restart.

Sometimes it may caused by different factors, for e.g.,

• Too many application installed, in this case, please remove some of the applications and leave a space for system to run smoothly.
• Software incompatibility, if you install other third-party unknown software into this player, in this case, please remove the software.
• WiFi signal is poor will effect the speed while using live streaming applications.

Warning

• Do not leave the device in an environment where the temperature is too low or too high (below -10°C will above 50°C) for a long time. Extreme temperature environments vril cause the device to deform and shorten its service life of the device.
• Do not place the device in the water.
• Do not use the equipment under thunderstorm weather.
• Do not expose the equipment to the sun for a long.
