DESCRIPTION AND CONTENT
The ULV (ultra-low volume) electric nebuliser generates large volumes of air at low pressure. The cold fog of small particles, between 10 and 80 microns, that disperse in the air and land on all surfaces, without staining them, using very little product in its application of disinfectants for eliminating bacteria, fungi and viruses. It is a cordless device with a long-lasting lithium battery, which allows the operator to move freely through any spaces without having to plug it in.

USE OF THE EQUIPMENT’S BATTERY
Control panel, press the red TEST button to check the battery charge level, if the light is red then the battery needs to be fully recharged.
The autonomy of the equipment is 100 to 120 minutes after a full battery charge.

CHARGING THE BATTERY

1. Disconnect the battery from the equipment disconnecting the connector.
2. Remove the battery from the housing by pulling the top handle until it is outside the box.
3. Connect the battery to the charger and wait for it to be 100% charged.
4. Put the battery back into the equipment box with the TEST panel facing outwards, connect the battery cable to the equipment cable.

FOGAIR+ must not be used for anything other than the uses described in this manual.
Anyone who uses the FOGAIR must be properly trained and must use the appropriate protective equipment.
Store the equipment properly for transport.
Check the equipment regularly for breakages and to verify its condition.

 Personal Protective Equipment

operating instructions

Before use:
Calibrate the flow regulator which is located at the end of the hose. To do this, turn the flow regulator until it is completely closed. Once closed,push the base of the regulator downwards and bring it in line with the groove of the air output.
Operation:
Never overfill the 8-litre/2.1-gallon tank capacity.
Mix the chemicals in a separate container, then add them to the tank once mixed.
During use:
Do not place the FOGAIR directly on the floor, so as to avoid contact with dust and dampness. When working in a small area, do not leave the FOGAIR running for more than 30 minutes. The amount of liquid misted will depend on the type of nozzle fitted.

maintenance and care

Inspect the venturi tube of your FOGAIR+ after use to check for any wear or damage. If the venturi tube shows signs of wear or damage, the droplet size will not be correct and it will have to be replaced.
Regularly examine all soft parts such as hoses and gaskets to check for wear. If they are broken or damaged, they should be changed.
Like any device for applying chemical products, you will always need to clean all the equipment’s parts to avoid the build-up of residues that may affect its performance.
Clean the filters, located in the motor’s lower cover, regularly.

The materials used in the packaging are recyclable. Do not dispose of the packaging in household waste, but hand it in at official collection points for recycling.
Do not dispose of electrical equipment in the trash!
We recommend that electrical tools and accessories are subjected to an environmentally friendly recovery process.
Please dispose of the materials in the appropriate container or go to your local collection point.

guarantee conditions

1. TEINNOVA” guarantees its products for a period of 15 days when dealing with aesthetic defects or product faults which are noticeable at first sight, and for a period of 1 year when dealing with all other manufacturing defects or product faults. The “Buyer” must report the existence of any defect as soon as they become aware of it and, in any case, within the maximum period of 5 days from when it becomes apparent. Any notification outside of this deadline shall lead to the non-application of the guarantee. “TEINNOVA” will collect and send the products to the factory or to the closest official Technical Support Service for inspection. At this point, it will be determined whether the guarantee can be applied or whether it falls under the guarantee exclusions. If the guarantee is applicable, the transport fees, both those for collecting the product from the client’s facilities and for returning it there will be paid by TEINNOVA. If it is excluded from the guarantee (section 2), the transport fees, both those for collecting the product from the client’s facilities and returning it there will be paid by the client. “TEINNOVA” reserves the right to dismiss the application of the guarantee in the event that there is no evidence of the product’s non-conformity, and it shall not apply said guarantee until coverage has been expressly approved. In the case that the product is covered, “TEINNOVA” can replace it or determine the necessary repair method.
   All repair works that are carried out under the product guarantee must be carried out in “TEINNOVA” facilities or in those of the party it designates. The guarantee covers the materials and labour required to repair or replace the parts or elements considered as defective from origin.
   The maximum guaranteed amount or value shall be the maximum price of the sale of the product to the “Buyer”.
   Any claims made under the coverage of the guarantee shall not grant the right to delay and/or withhold payment of the corresponding invoice and/or any other pending invoices.

2. Guarantee Exclusions: The following are excluded from the guarantee: Actions, alterations or manipulations of the product that are carried out without the prior express authorisation of the Seller; indirect and/or consequential damage; damage caused by negligence, by improper use or by usage that does not conform to the instructions and intentional damage; faults due to adaptations made to the products or the use of parts that were not previously and expressly certified or authorised by the Seller; costs for  detection of the fault; costs for collection orreplacement (the latter two are unless the non-conformity is proven and within the limits established in section 1).
