NAS Installation

• Refer to the Quick Installation Guide provided by QNAP Systems, Inc.
• Visit the QNAP website at www.qnap.com for more detailed instructions.

Cloud Installation

• Visit https://install.qnap.com/ to perform cloud installation.
• Scan the QR code or visit the Service Portal to create asupport ticket, troubleshoot QNAP products, or download necessary software.

SSD/HDD Compatibility

• For compatibility information, refer to http://www.qnap.com/compatibility.

Safe Shutdown

• Press the “Safe Shutdown” button to safely shut down the device.

Reset

• Press the “Reset” button to reset the device.

Login

• Use the admin MAC Address #1 to log in to the device.

Status LED

• The status LED provides visual indication of the device’s current status.

Qfinder Pro

• Use Qfinder Pro software to locate and manage the device.
• Qfinder Pro is compatible with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.

Beep

• The device may emit a beep sound as an alert or notification.

Force Shutdown

• Press and hold the “Force Shutdown” button for 10 seconds to force shut down the device.
