PROJECTA LB100 Lithium Battery
WARNING
- Do not charge beyond 14.6VDC, continuously over 24 hours, or using a charger with automatic desulfation.
- Do not short-circuit or reverse polarity.
- Do not disassemble, deform or modify battery.
- Store in a cool, dry and well-ventillated area.
- Charge battery at least every 6 months or when the voltage drops below 12.8VDC.
- Ensure battery is fully discharged before proper disposal.
FEATURES
- Lithium iron phosphate technology gives the advantage of high specific energy, long cycle life, high safety, low self-discharge and low weight (14kg).
- 1 00Ah discharge current, suitable for powering up to 1 000W inverters.
- Standard size, ideal for most N70 size battery boxes.
- M8 bolts provide high current transfer ideal for parallel battery setups.
- Carry strap for easy transporting.
CONNECTING IN SERIES OR PARALLEL
- Ensure all batteries are fully charged before connecting in series or parallel.
- LB100 can be connected in series up to 4 batteries to create a 48V 1 00Ah setup, or in parallel up to 2 batteries to make 200Ah. DO NOT connect in series and parallel at the same time.
- A parallel setup increases the capacity of the battery system and therefore the working time of connected electrical devices. Maximum discharge current also increases with additional batteries, how ever a 0.75 ratio needs to be applied. With 2 batteries in parallel, each with a discharge current of 1 00A (200A total), multiplied by 0.75 will result in approximately 150A discharge current available. This allows a larger inverter to be used than is recommended for a single battery (1 000W).
STORAGE & MAINTENANCE
- To ensure a longer battery lifespan, recharge fully every 3-6 months.
- Ensure battery terminals and screw holes are clean and securely connected.
- If the load connected to the battery won’t be used for extended periods, disconnect the battery from the load to prevent battery discharge and over-discharge.
- Insulation and shockproof materials should be used to avoid sudden collisions or crushing during transportation.
