Product Information
The product is a range of fuel nozzles designed for filling low-viscosity fluids, including diesel and other ignitable liquids such as gasoline and kerosene. There are three types of nozzle available:

1. Automatic Nozzle: This nozzle is ideally suited for decanting and refueling with diesel or other low-viscosity fluids. It has an automatic shut-off feature that closes when the pump is turned off and can only be reopened when the pump is turned on and the hose is pressurized.
2. Digital Meter Fuel Transfer Nozzle: This nozzle is designed for use in factories and coach yards. It includes an electric meter for measuring fuel transfer but does not have an automatic shutdown feature.
3. Manual Nozzle: There are two types of manual nozzles available – one made of aluminum and one made of plastic. Both are ideally suited for decanting and refueling with diesel or other low-viscosity fluids. They are robust and easy to use, with low flow resistance. The aluminum nozzle is designed to be used with any type of transfer system, even gravity-fed systems. Both manual nozzles come with removable lever protection, various threaded connectors, and a reduced section tube for unleaded gasoline. However, neither of the manual nozzles has an automatic shutdown feature.

Before using the nozzle, please read the user manual carefully and observe all safety precautions and instructions for proper use. Failure to do so may result in injury or property damage.

Safety Instructions

• Do not use the nozzle near open flames, lighters, matches, cigarettes, or any other ignition sources.
• Wear suitable protective gloves when operating the nozzle.
• The installation of the nozzle must be performed by a qualified professional.

Installation
When installing the nozzle, apply suitable thread sealant on the male threads of the hose or swivel. Do not use Teflon tape.
Note: Modifying the nozzle is not recommended and may void the warranty.

The manufacturer does not take responsibility for accidents or damages caused by carelessness or disregard for the instructions in the user manual. The manufacturer also rejects responsibility for damages resulting from improper use of the pump.

Failure to follow the instructions and safety precautions can result in injury or property damage. Please keep this manual with the instructions and safety instructions carefully in order to at any time you can restore them.

IN GENERAL

The nozzles are developed according to the newest standard of technology, manufactured with much care, and go under strict intensive controls – each nozzle is checked individually. The nozzles were optimized by us in particular for their special demands. Make sure after unpacking the nozzle that the data given on the type label agrees with the operating conditions. In the case of doubt, the nozzle is not to be used. Transport damages are immediately to be reported to the package distributor and to us in written form. By transport with DHL please contact your local DHL office within 7 days.

RANGES OF APPLICATION

The nozzles can be used for filling low-viscosity fluids

IMPORTANT!
They are also suitable for ignitable liquids like gasoline, and kerosene, or at places where the danger of an explosion exists. When using the nozzle, make sure there are no open flames, lighters, matches, cigarettes, or similar things present around you. It is NOT recommended to modify the nozzle. It is not certain, whether this modification is technically correct, so this warranty is void. When operating, suitable protective gloves must be worn. The installation must be performed by a qualified professional

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Automatic Nozzle

• Ideally suited to decant and refuel with diesel or other low-viscosity fluids
• Nozzle with automatic shut-off
• The nozzle is specially designed for pre-pay, self-service applications.
• It is designed to close automatically when the pump is turned off and can not be re-opened until the pump is turned on and the hose pressurized.

Digital Meter Fuel Transfer Nozzle

• A fuel transfer nozzle with an electric meter is designed for factories, coach yards, gas stations, and household use
• Easy to clean, install, and maintain
• The battery inside can supply 9000hours operation approximately

Functions

Reset to “0”: press “DISPLAY” for 1 second to reset to zero.

Cumulative Total
Press “CALIBRATE” indicating the cumulative total fueling. When the cumulative total reaches a maximum reading of 999,999, it will automatically reset to zero.

Calibrate adjusting
Press“CALIBRATE” and hold for 3 seconds, press “DISPLAY” or “CALIBRATE” to adjust. For example, when the meter shows 103L while the liquid comes 100L put the figure 103/100=1.0300. The computer display is programmed to turn back to a stand-by situation after 5 seconds.

Units Switch

Press“CALIBRATE” and hold for 3 seconds, press “DISPLAY” 5 times and then press“CALIBRATE” for units among Liters(L) / Gallons(GAL) / Pints(PT) / Quarts(QT). The computer display is programmed to turn back to a stand-by situation after 5 seconds. It is important the rotor moves freely. Keep the meter clean and free of contaminants. If the rotor does not turn freely, apply a penetrating lubricant on the rotor, shaft, and bearings. Remove any debris or deposits from the rotor using a soft brush or small probe. Be careful not to damage the turbine rotor or supports. Replace batteries when “L Bat” comes The fuel nozzle has no automatic shutdown!

SECURITY TIPS

• High flow rates in excess of the regulatory allowable rates may result in splashback or spillage. Damage or injury may result
• Ensure the nozzle is properly engaged in the fill pipe prior to fueling.
• Some fill pipe designs prohibit proper retention of the nozzle. In such cases, the nozzle must be hand-held to prevent it from falling out of the fill pipe.
• Failure may result in a hazardous spill
• Never smoke, allow open flame or sparking devices near the product dispensers
• Keep gasoline away from eyes and skin
• Before usage, check on the tightness of the hose clamps
• Pay attention to the max. liquid temperature of 35°C
• Never pump liquid food products
• When operating, suitable protective gloves must be worn.
• Switch off the pump immediately after usage
• ALWAYS supervise and watch the pump, while using
• The operation can not be performed by children and young people under 16 and people with intellectual disabilities

SERVICING

• Under normal conditions, the nozzle requires no servicing.
• But it is important to keep the suctions and delivery sections perfectly clean and free from all clogging.
• The following controls should be carried out regularly:
• That the connection hoses are not bent or broken
• Cleanness of the pump medium
• Dirt can cause malfunction of the fuel nozzle

GUARANTEE REGULATIONS

• For all manufacturing and material defects, the statutory warranty applies. In these cases, we assume the
• Exchange or appliance repairs. Shipping costs are borne by us only to the extent legally is prescribed.
• In case of warranty please call our service platform http://www.profi-pumpe.de/service.php to log the event.
• Then we will inform you how to proceed on a case-by-case basis.
• Returns please sufficient postage. Unfortunately, prepaid returns will not be accepted, because they are filtered out before delivery. Our service we provide in Germany.
• The warranty does not cover:
  • Improper installation (proper installation, unauthorized persons)
  • Material wear (eg. seals) or dirt in the unit
  • Unjustified interventions or changes in the device
  • Damages by self-fault
  • Improper servicing and improper use
  • Moreover, we give no damage compensation for secondary damages!

NOTES ON PRODUCT LIABILITY
We point out, that we are only liable for damages under the Product Liability Act, which are caused by our units if no changes were made to the equipment. We are only liable for repairs if original spare parts and accessories were used and repairs are carried out by our authorized service

NOTES ON DISPOSAL
Electro devices of our company, labeled with the symbol of the crossed trash bin, are not permitted to be disposed of in your household garbage. We are registered at the German registration department EAR
under the WEEE-No. DE79535656. This symbol means, that you’re not allowed to treat this product as a regular household waste item – it has to be disposed of at a recycling collection point of electrical devices. This is the best way to save and protect our earth.
