INSTRUCTION MANUAL
**** Read this manual carefully before using the device and save it for future reference. To reduce possible risk of fire, electric shock or personal injury, keep in mind the following instructions:
GENERAL INFORMATION
▶ Before operating this appliance, read the following instructions. Keep the
manual in a safe place so you can consult it at any time.
▶ After removing the packaging, check that the appliance is in good condition,
and if you have any questions, do not turn it on.
▶ Contact your distributor or seller for the return of the appliance.
▶ This device is packed for protection against any damage or damage that may
be caused by transportation.
▶ The packaging is made up of plastics and other materials that can be
dangerous. Keep out of reach of children. These materials are recyclable and
must be delivered in a unit of the appropriate recycling, respecting the
environmental laws.
▶ This appliance has been designed for DOMESTIC USE only and must not be used
with any other appliance, such as for example in a commercial, industrial or
any other non-residential installation.
▶ Do not handle the appliance with wet hands and do not immerse it in water or
any other liquid.
▶ Unplug the appliance from the mains before cleaning it.
▶ This device is not intended to be used by people (including children) with
reduced physical capacities, sensory or mental, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have received instructions regarding use of the device
or are accompanied by a responsible person.
▶ Keep the device out of the reach of children under 8 years.
▶ Children should be supervised during use, to make sure they do not play with
the appliance.
▶ Do not continue using the appliance if you notice that it is not working
properly. Turn it off immediately and look for the manufacturer or an
authorized technical service so that a qualified technician can evaluate the
damage and repair it if necessary.
▶ If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or by
a qualified technician to avoid the risk of electric shock.
▶ Turn off the appliance and disconnect the power cord from the power outlet
before replacing any part or accessory, or before touching the moving parts of
the device.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
▶ Connect the device only to an AC power source. The voltage indicated on the
rating plate that is on the device, must match the voltage of the power
supply.
▶ Always disconnect the appliance from the socket after use, to disassemble or
clean it.
▶ Always mount and use the appliance on a stable and secure surface.
▶ Never place the appliance on or near heat sources, such as a gas / electric
stove or inside a hot oven. Keep the power cord away from these sources of
heat or sharp objects.
▶ Never handle the power cord with wet hands.
▶ The use of accessories or parts not recommended by the manufacturer may
cause a fire, an electric shock or serious injuries.
▶ This device is manufactured to be used indoors. Never use it outdoors or in
outside parts of the house.
SPECIAL SAFETY
▶ You should always keep an eye on the appliance while it is in use!
▶ The top will get hot when you are using it. CAUTION OF BURN HAZARD!
▶ When you use the unit for the first time, it may emit smoke and/or create an
odor. This smoke and smell are completely harmless, they will disappear after
about 5-10 minutes of use.
▶ Do not install the unit next to flammable objects (for example, curtains,
wood, etc.)
PARTS
- Red light: indicates that the sealing process is in progress.
- Seal Only Button: Press this button to seal the bottom of a bag.
- Cancel button: press this button to stop the sealing / vacuum packing and sealing process.
- Vacuum and sealing button: press this button to vacuum and seal the bag.
- Green light: indicates that the vacuum packing and sealing process is in progress.
- Foam gasket

FUNCTIONING
START UP
▶Before using the appliance for the first time, wipe it with a slightly damp
cloth to remove dust.
▶Place the appliance on a flat, dry surface and plug the cord into the socket.
▶Cut a piece from the roll of bagging material, cutting a few inches more than
the length of the food you want to seal. Be sure to cut the bag material in a
straight line.
▶Open
the lid by pressing on the side locking buttons and place one of the open ends
of the bagging material on the sealing line.
▶Close the lid by pressing on both ends of the front of the lid to ensure that
it is closed properly.
▶You will hear how the two sides fit together.
▶Press the Seal Only button to start
THE SEALING PROCESS
▶The red indicator light will illuminate.
▶Meanwhile, the appliance seals the end of the bag and will turn off when the
sealing process is complete.
▶After the red indicator light turns off, press the lock buttons on the sides
of the appliance to unlock the lid.
▶And remove your bag.
NOTE: The appliance cannot work with bag rolls with a width greater than
28 cm
STORAGE OF FOOD IN BAGS
▶Put the food you want to seal in the bag.
▶Leave at least 5 centimeters free between the contents of the bag and the top
of the bag.
▶Check that the end of the bag that will be inserted into the vacuum channel
is clean and that there are no pieces of food or liquids as they could prevent
the correct sealing of the bag.
▶Press the locking buttons on the sides of the appliance to open the lid and
place the open end of the bag over the vacuum channel.
▶Close the lid by pressing down firmly on each side to ensure the lid is
closed properly.
▶Press the Vacuum Packing and Sealing button.
▶The green indicator light will illuminate while the device removes air from
the bag.
▶The red indicator light will illuminate while the appliance automatically
switches to the sealing function to seal the bag.
▶When both indicator lights turn off, the automatic vacuum sealing process is
complete.
▶Press the lock buttons on each side of the appliance to unlock the lid and
remove your sealed bag.
TIPS FOR THE BEST VACUUM SEALING RESULT
▶LClean and fix the open end of the bag before vacuum sealing.
▶Wait until the appliance has cooled down for at least 25 seconds before
continuing to use it.
▶During the vacuum sealing process, small amounts of liquid and food particles
may come out of the vacuum channel, and this could damage the appliance. To
avoid it, you should follow these tips:
FOR MOIST AND JUICY FOODS SUCH AS RAW MEAT
- Prefreeze food first. You can also place a folded piece of kitchen paper inside the top of the bag, but below the sealing area and before vacuum sealing to absorb excess moisture.
FOR SOUPS, SAUCES AND LIQUIDS
- Freeze first and do not overfill bags.
PFOR POWDERED OR FINE-GRAINED FOODS
- Do not overfill bags. You can also place a piece of kitchen paper inside the top of the bag, but below the sealing area before vacuum sealing, to prevent food particles from preventing a perfect seal.
- Clean the vacuum channel between uses with a crumpled or rolled piece of clean kitchen paper that you will insert into the vacuum channel to absorb any liquid.
- Perishable foods must be refrigerated or frozen. Any frozen food that is sealed should be kept in the freezer until it is time to defrost and use it.
TROUBLESHOOTING
▶PROBLEM: The appliance does not work after pressing the seal only button or
the vacuum and seal button.
▶POSSIBLE SOLUTION
- Check that the power cord is correctly connected to the power outlet.
- Check the power cord for damage.
▶PROBLEM: The appliance does not seal the bag.
▶POSSIBLE SOLUTION
- Check that the open end of the bagging material is not crimped and position it correctly over the sealing line.
- Check that the red indicator light illuminates when the seal only button is pressed.
- The heating wire could be damaged. Contact the after-sales service.
▶PROBLEM: The device does not create a vacuum in the bag
▶POSSIBLE SOLUTION
- Check that the top of the bag is fully inside the vacuum channel.
- Examine the sealant line and foam gasket for any debris or moisture.
- Check that the lid is properly closed.
- Check that the bag does not have any holes.
- Check that the bottom of the bag is completely sealed.
- Check that the time interval between two vacuum packing and sealing processes is 25 seconds.
CLEANING
▶Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning it.
▶Do not immerse the appliance, power cord or plug in water or other liquids.
▶Do not use abrasive cleaning substances or chemicals.
▶Clean the exterior of the appliance with a soft, damp cloth.
▶To clean the inside of the appliance, use kitchen paper or a soft, clean
cloth to remove any remaining food or liquid. Moisten a soft cloth with water
and a neutral detergent and wipe clean. Dry the appliance with a soft, clean
cloth.
WASTE This symbol on the product or in the instructions means that your
electrical and electronic equipment must be disposed at the end of its useful
life in a specialized container; Do not dispose it in the usual household
waste container. In the EU there is special waste collection systems for
subsequent recycling. For more information, contact with the local authority
or the retailer from whom you purchased the product.
WARRANTY
All our products are subject to the legal warranty in force at all times
regarding consumption and covers all manufacturer’s failures regarding
material and quality. This warranty applies only if the instructions for use
have been followed, and it is voided if the device has been forced or used
improperly, or if it has been repaired by an unauthorized person..
