Description| Equipment for collecting e.g. hydraulic oil and refilling the
same liquid after the service is completed. Consists of drum
trolley, an empty 208 l plastic drum, air operated diaphragm pump,
outlet hose with control valve, suction hose with suction strainer
and an additional filter before the pump.
Product Usage Instructions
Note: Ensure to follow the instructions provided in the product manual for safe and proper usage.
- To drain oil from a container:
- Place the suction hose in the container to be drained.
- Connect air to the pump.
- Adjust the speed of the pump using the needle valve.
- To refill oil in the provided drum:
- Connect air to the pump.
- Fill the fluid in the provided drum using the oil valve.
- To refill oil in a vehicle’s reservoir:
- Place the suction hose in the provided drum.
- Connect air to the pump.
- Fill the fluid in the vehicle’s reservoir using the oil valve.
- Cleaning the filter:
- If the speed of filling decreases, the filters should be disassembled and cleaned.
- Unscrew the strainer on the bottom valve (3) and clean it.
- Reassemble and continue with the suction filter fitted to the pump (4).
- Unscrew the bottom of the filter and remove the filter insert and clean.
- Reassemble in reverse order.

OPERATION

Emptying the vehicle’s container – FIG 1
Place the suction hose in the container to be drained. Connect air to the pump. Fill the fluid in the provided drum using the oil valve. Adjust the speed of the pump using the needle valve. -
Return to vehicle container – FIG 2
Place the suction hose in the provided drum. Connect air to the pump. Fill the fluid in the vehicle’s reservoir using the oil valve.
CLEANING THE FILTER
If the speed of filling decreases, the filters should be disassembled and cleaned. Unscrew the strainer on the bottom valve (3) and clean it. Reassemble and continue with the suction filter fitted to the pump (4). Unscrew the bottom of the filter and remove the filter insert and clean. Reassemble in reverse order.
