LOREX ACCHM2 Series WiFi Chimebox
Product Information
The ACCHM2 Series Wi-Fi Chime is a power plug device that functions as a
wireless doorbell chime. It can be connected to your home’s Wi-Fi network and
paired with compatible Lorex doorbell cameras or sensors. The chime emits
audible alerts when someone
rings the doorbell or when a sensor is triggered, providing you with instant
notifications.

Product Usage Instructions
- Scan the QR code provided in the user manual to download and install the Lorex Chime app on your smartphone or tablet.
- Locate the release tab on the chime and slide it to remove the cover.
- Attach the power plug to the chime and then plug it into a standard power outlet.
- If needed, insert a microSD card into the slot for local storage of event recordings (optional).
- Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset (if required).
- The status indicator will light up to indicate the chime is powered on and ready for setup.
- Follow the in-app instructions or refer to the user manual to connect the chime to your Wi-Fi network and pair it with your Lorex doorbell camera or sensor.
- Once connected, you can customize the chime settings, such as volume levels and alert tones, through the Lorex Chime app.

Try resetting the device by holding down the reset button.
IMPORTANT
- Ensure you are on a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection.
- Ensure your 2K Wired/Battery Doorbell and Wi-Fi Chime have the latest firmware version in the device settings.

Attach the plug, and then plug your Chime into an outlet.
Note
To remove the power plug, lift up on the release tab.
- Tap in the app , and then follow the in-app instructions to add the Chime.
