WARNING!
- The solar panel generates voltage when exposed to light. Follow all the relevant electrical safety regulations.
- The product must only be installed and maintained by qualified personnel.
- Pay attention to high DC voltages when connecting solar panels.
- Avoid scratching or otherwise damaging the back of the panel.
INSTALLATION
SELECT A SUITABLE PLACE TO INSTALL
-
Choose a position for installation with as much direct solar radiation and as many unshadow hours of sunlight per day as
possible. -
The efficiency of the solar panel decreases over time – this is completely normal and not a malfunction.
-
External factors such as the intensity of the solar radiation, shadowing at the installation point, fouling, snow and the
ambient temperature, can also affect the performance of the solar panel.
INSTALL SOLAR PANEL
Installation can be carried out in several different ways. Do not install the solar panel where sunlight is blocked. The solar panel has pre-drilled holes for hanging from hooks or a line.
CONNECT TO ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The figures on the previous page show two examples of how the product can be connected.
Connected in parallel
One example of how the product can be connected electrically.
FIG. 1
Another example of how the product can be connected electrically. Up to four
35 W solar panels can be connected to the same circuit. The figure shows a
parallel connection with a total output of up to 140 W.
FIG. 2
NOTE:
- Never connect more than four solar panels in parallel.
