Before using the product for the first time, please read the instructions for use below and retain them for later reference.

WARNINGS:

Battery replacement can only be performed by an adult!
This product is not a toy, children should not play with it!
Do not look directly into the LED light!
Observe the correct polarity when replacing batteries.
Do not use different kinds of batteries and/or used and new batteries together!
It is forbidden to open, fire or short-circuit batteries.
Non rechargeable batteries should not be charged! Risk of explosion!
Do not throw the lamp or batteries into household waste!

INSTALLATION, OPERATION

Selectable modes with slide switch:
ON: steady light
OFF: off mode
AUTO: PIRmotion detector mode

Inserting batteries:
Slide switch should be in off position. Unscrew the back of the spherical luminaire (battery compartment cover) clockwise (left) and lift it up. Insert 3 pcs AAA (LR03) size 1,5 V battery to the battery compartment. Observe the correct polarity! Replace the battery cover at the lamp and turn it slightly right, until it stops.

Mounting on wall:
With the included screws you can fix the magnetic base on wooden surface. For other surfaces, use the tip and screw corresponding to the surface material or fasten the magnetic base with a double sided adhesive. Hook the magnetic base on the screw and then insert the light fixture in it.

AUTOmotion detector mode:
The lamp is switched on by the built-in motion detector and works only for the preset time (~ 25 sec). If continuous movement is detected in the observed space, the delay time of the switch-off starts from the end of the movement.

Important to know:

if the difference is small between the moving person’s temperature and the ambient temperature (e.g. in summer heat), then the 4 m range can be reduced to half
occasionally incorrect switch-on may be a result of hot air flow, wind fever, or other similar phenomenon

CLEANING

Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning the exterior of the device. Do not use aggressive cleaners. Do not let ingress of water inside the device on the electrical parts.

Waste equipment must be collected and disposed separately from household waste because it may contain components hazardous to the environment or health. Used or waste equipment may be dropped off free of charge at the point of sale, or at any distributor which sells equipment of identical nature and function. Dispose of product at a facility specializing in the collection of electronic waste. By doing so, you will protect the environment as well as the health of others and yourself. If you have any questions, contact the local waste management organization. We shall undertake the tasks pertinent to the manufacturer as prescribed in the relevant regulations and shall bear any associated costs arising.

DISPOSING OF ALKALINE AND RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES
Batteries, whether alkaline or rechargeable, must not be handled together with regular household waste. It is the legal obligation of the product’s user to dispose of batteries at a nearby collection center or at a retail shop. This ensures that the batteries are ultimately neutralized in an environment- friendly way.
