Product Usage Instructions

  1. Connect the appliance to a power source with the provided power cable.
  2. Fill the water tank with clean cold water up to the maximum level indicated (5L) and ensure it is securely closed.
  3. To operate using the control panel on the main unit:
  4. Press the ON/OFF button to turn the appliance on or off.
  5. Press the COOL button to activate the cooling mode. Adjust the desired temperature using the buttons provided.
  6. Use the MODE button to select between NORMAL, NATURAL, and SLEEP modes.
  7. Press the LIGHT button to control the LCD display backlight.
  8. Adjust the fan speed using the SPEED button.
  9. Control the swing action of the appliance using the SWING button.
  10. Activate or deactivate the ANION function using the ANION button for air purification.
  11. Set a timer for automatic operation using the TIMER button. Specify the desired time duration (1-12 hours).
  12. To operate using the supplied remote control:
  13. Ensure the remote control is within range of the appliance.
  14. Use the corresponding buttons on the remote control to perform the same functions as mentioned above.
  15. For cleaning the water tank, follow these steps:
  16. Turn off the appliance and disconnect it from the power source.
  17. Remove and clean the air filter.
  18. If the water tank is heavily soiled, use a mild detergent and rinse it thoroughly.
  19. If you encounter any issues or reduced airflow, consider the following troubleshooting steps:
  20. Check the power cable connection and ensure it is properly plugged in.
  21. Dismantle and clean the air filter.
  22. If necessary, remove any foreign objects obstructing the airflow.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

READ CAREFULLY AND STORE FOR FUTURE USE.

  1. Do not repair or otherwise modify the appliance yourself.
  2. Do not use the appliance if your hands are wet.
  3. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, his service representative or similarly qualified persons to avoid injury.
  4. If the appliance is not in use, switch it off and disconnect it from the power source.
  5. Use the appliance only in places where there is no air pollution. Even small particles can damage the appliance.
  6. Do not use the appliance near explosive and flammable gases.
  7. Do not expose the appliance to long-term direct sunlight.
  8. Use the appliance only on a flat surface.
  9. The appliance is not intended for outdoor use.
  10. It is important to maintain the water level in the tank between the minimum (marked “MIN”) and the maximum (marked “MAX”).
  11. Do not turn the appliance. Water in the tank can damage the entire appliance after re-turning. In case of manipulation, it is always necessary to disconnect the voltage from the power source.
  12. Carry out maintenance with a damp cloth. Do not use any cleaning solutions. Do not rinse the appliance with a stream of water.
  13. Do not move or shake it while the appliance is running, otherwise it may stop automatically.
  14. The water in the tank must be changed frequently, the residual water must not remain in the container for a long time.
  15. The appliance should not be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised or instructed to use the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
  16. Do not use this appliance in the immediate vicinity of a bathtub, shower or pool.

  1. Mounting the wheels: Place the appliance on a flat surface and screw in the wheels.
  2. Water refill: carefully lift the lid on the top of the appliance and fill with clean cold water into the tank.

Warning:

  • a. Only pour water into the tank. Do not add any chemicals, oils or additives.
  • b. The level of the water tank should in no case exceed the value “MAX”.
  • c. When humidification, the water level in the tank shall not fall below “MIN”.
  • d. A frozen box or ice can be added to the tray if you want to increase cooling efficiency.

FUNCTIONS

For your convenience, you can operate the appliance using the control panel on the main unit or using the supplied remote control.dalap-6455-Mobile-Air-

ON/OFF button: Press on/off to turn the fan on and off.
COOL button: Press cool to activate the cooling function. This feature uses water, so make sure there is water in the tank before turning on the function. Ice boxes offer an increased cooling effect: fill them with water before use and put them in the freezer until they freeze. Then put the ice boxes in the tray at the top of the device.
MODE button: Press the MODE button to set the normal (standard), NATURAL, or SLEEP mode.
LIGHT button: Press to turn led panel lighting off or on.
SPEED button: Press the SPEED button to select the desired airflow performance: low, medium or high.
SWING button (shooting): Press swing when the appliance is in operation to activate the automatic oscillation of vertical slats. Press the button again to deactivate auto-shooting. Horizontal slats can only be operated manually.
ANION button (ionization): Pressing the ANION button activates a function that increases the amount of ions in the air, which have a positive effect on breathing quality, the human psyche, better concentration, increased performance and also helps in the fight against headaches.
TIMER button(s): If the appliance is in operation, you can set a timer to automatically turn off the fan after a set time. Press the TIMER button repeatedly to select the time interval you want from 1 to 12 hour.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Switch off and disconnect the device from the mains before performing any maintenance. Use a soft and dry towel to clean the exterior of the appliance. Do not subdue the device in water or spray any liquids on it. DO NOT use solvents or other chemicals for cleaning. If you do not use it after cleaning, store the fan in a dry place.

  1. Cleaning the dust filter aperture
    Pull the cable out of the voltage source, unscrew the screws at the top of the aperture and remove the filter from the appliance. Clean carefully with a vacuum cleaner, possibly with a damp cloth and clean water, allow to dry. Finally, put the filter back in and secure the screws.

  2. Cleaning the cooling tingling
    Pull the cable out of the voltage source, unscrew the screws at the top of the aperture. Remove the dust filter and then the cooling cuckoo. Clean the damp pad with neutral detergent, allow to dry and put back into the appliance.

    • Note: the cooling pad and air filter must be inserted into the appliance before switching on.
  3. Cleaning the water tank
    Pull out the water tank (Note: the tank cannot be fully pulled out) and clean it with a soft, damp cloth. If the tray is heavily contaminated, use a fine detergent, which you need to rinse thoroughly.

Note: Empty and dry the water tank completely before storing the fan at the end of the season. Clean the dust filter and cooling hood and make sure they are completely dry before putting them in the appliance

MALFUNCTION AND MAINTENANCE

DALAP GmbH assures the efficient operation of the device in accordance with tha technical exploitation conditions attached hereto. The guarantee covers the constructional and material defects of devices. The following guarantee is valid at the territory of the European Union. The guarantee covers free reparation within 24 months from the date of purchase. The following guarantee does not exclude, limit, or suspend the powers of a buyer.
Exclusions:
The guarantee does not cover defects arising as a result of:

  • mechanical forces, dirt,
  • transformations,
  • constructional changes,
  • activities connected with the conservation and cleaning of the devices,
  • accidents,
  • natural disasters, chemical, and atmospherical factors,
  • improper storing,
  • unauthorized reparation,
  • improper installation of the device.
  • Guarantee claims shall be refused thereat.
  • The realization of a client’s rights shall happen by the reparation or free replacement of the defective device, and removal of other defects of the device, the term „reparation” does not cover the activities provided in the manual (conservation, cleaning), that the user is bound to on his own.
  • The complaint shall be considered within 30 days from the day the product is delivered to the producer or the seller.
  • Decisions made by DALAP GmbH connected with the guarantee claims are considered final.

CAUTION!
Connecting with the electric network should be carried out by a professional electrician with SEP qualifications! Before the conservation, a fan should be disconnected from the electric network! The electrical installation should have a switch with the distance between the contacts of all the poles less than 3 mm. The complete grounding system of a fan is required. The inverse flow of gases to the room from open chimney holes or other devices with an open fire has to be avoided, fans should not be used in rooms having increased humidity and as anti-explosion fans. The producer reserves the right to introduce constructional changes, arising from the technical progress.
