How to connect

  1. Please keep the distance between the Bluetooth headset and the mobile phone (or other connected devices) within 1 meter, the closer the better;
  2. Open the charging case, the l/R earphone to automatically pair, the pairing time is 3~5 seconds, prompt slow flash, wait connect Bluetooth devices; If the pairing is not successful for 3 minutes, the headset will go into a shutdown state.
  3. Turn on the user’s mobile phone Bluetooth function (or other Bluetooth devices), search or scan, at this time the mobile phone will search for nearby Bluetooth device, click on the searched headset name: H11, after successful connection, you can make a mobile phone call at this time, listen to songs;
  4. After the phone and Bluetooth are successfully connected, the device will automatically shut down after 5 minutes of disconnection from a distance;
    If the headset is not connected for 5 minutes, the headset will automatically shut down.

Headphones in/out of the charging case

| The earphones enter/ exit the charging case, and the corresponding power white light flashes 1 time each.

Charging in the charging case

|

  1. Four white lights are on for 1s at the same time.
  2. When charging a charging case with less than 25%power, the charging compartment indictor light is from left to right The right cycle flashes, when the power reaches 25% the 25% power indictor is long, it will automatically jump to 50% power indictor for charging, the charging compartment indictor flashes cyclically from left to right, when the power reaches 50% the 50% power indictor is long. 75% charge and 100% charge are repeated in the above way, and the charging is cycled in turn.

  • Do not detach or modify the earphone, otherwise it might get damaged or malfunctioned. Defectives under this category are not included for warranty.
  • Do not expose the device into water or other liquid, otherwise it might get damaged or malfunctioned. Defectives caused by liquid inside are not included for warranty.
  • Do not expose the earphone in extreme humidity or extreme temperatures (below 0 °c or above 45°C ).
  • Avoid putting the indicator light near children eyes or animal eyes.
  • Do not use the earphone in thunderstorm weather which might cause malfunction and increase the risk of electric shock.

The date of purchase is subject to the purchase invoice, and if the valid invoice cannot be provided, the date of manufacture shall prevail. Quality issues do not include user’ s subjective judgment on sound quality.
