Wireless charger with upright design. Charges devices via Qi technology.

USE

CHARGING

It normally takes about 3 hours to charge. The charging time can vary, depending on the capacity and condition of the charged battery, and whether the phone is switched on or used and which apps are active. The outer environment can also affect the charging time, for example slower at high ambient temperature.

NOTE:

The charger gets warm during the charging. It is perfectly normal that both the charger and device being charged get warm during the charging. The warming is a result of normal energy transfer losses and does not affect the function or life span of the charger or charged device.

TROUBLESHOOTING

SLOW OR NO CHARGING

  • Align the back of the phone to directly opposite the centre line on the charger pad.
  • Check that there are no foreign objects between the phone and charger.
  • Some phone shells or cases can have a negative effect on wireless charging. Remove the phone from the shell or case and try charging again.
  • If phones that do not support wireless charging are charged by using an adapter from a third party, check that the adapter is correctly installed and does not cause swelling on the back of the phone. Swelling can have a negative effect on wireless charging.
