Product Usage Instructions

  1. Ensure that you have read and understood the user’s manual provided with the product.
  2. Before connecting the power module, make sure the input voltage is within the range of 85~305VAC.
  3. Mount the power module securely on a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) using appropriate mounting techniques and hardware.
  4. Follow the wiring diagram provided in the user’s manual to connect the power module to the desired electrical circuit.
  5. Double-check all connections to ensure they are properly secured and insulated.
  6. Make sure there is no load connected to the power module before turning on the power.
  7. Verify that the no load power consumption of the power module is within the acceptable range as specified in the user’s manual.
  8. If everything is properly set up, you can now turn on the power and use the product as intended.

Description

IRM-20 is a 20W miniature (52.427.224mm) AC-DC module-type power supply, ready to be soldered onto the PCB boards of various kinds of electronic instruments or industrial automation equipments. This product allows the universal input voltage range of 85~305VAC. The 94 V-0 flame retardant plastic case and potted with silicone enhance the heat dissipation and meet the anti- vibration demand up to 2G; moreover, it provides the fundamental resistance to dust and moisture. With the high efficiency up to 85% and the extremely low no-load power consumption below 0.1W, IRM-20 series fulfills the worldwide regulation for the low power consumption requirement for electronics. The entire series is a Class II design (no F pin), incorporating the built-in EMI filtering components, enabling the compliance with BS EN/EN55032 Class B: the supreme EMC features keep the end electronic units from electromagnetic interference.
