Warranty Policy
Warranty Terms for Wireless Products
Reyee provides a warranty for its products, covering any defects in material and workmanship under normal use as instructed in the provided manual, documentation, and instructions. This warranty is valid for a period of three years from the date of purchase (one year for the power adapter). In accordance with the terms of the warranty, Reyee will offer complimentary repairs or a replacement for eligible products. Please be aware that any service support required after the warranty period has expired will incur a charge.

  1. Service Support Channels:
    • Support Center: This is our official customer service website, where you can find comprehe nsive support.
    • RITA and Email: You can contact us to obtain remote assistance through RITA or by sending us an email.
    • Case Portal: You can create a case or provide feedback through the Case Portal.
    • Community: This is our product’s technical forum for technical discussions and assistance.
    • Warranty Check: You can use Warranty Check to inquire about the maintenance information of your product.
  2. Service Support Time
    • Remote Technical Support: Available from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 in your local time. If you contact us outside of our working hours, we will promptly reach out to you during our next available working hours.
    • Hardware Service Support: We work with leading carriers to ensure that we can send you a replacement within 15 days of receiving your product. Please note that the shipping fee for returning the product to us will be at your expense. The shipping fee for returning the replacement to you will be covered by us. In the event of adverse weather conditions, peak periods, or extraordinary circumstances, there might be a delay in the delivery. Please refer to the actual delivery time as indicated on the logistics documents.
  3. Scope of Remote Technical Support
    • Verifying the product’s technical specifications/parameters.
    • Providing support for any issues or challenges faced during product configuration.
    • Conducting analysis on the logs you provide for troubleshooting the fault.
    • Offering consulting services for extended warranty and on-site support.
  4. Important Notes
    • Within two years after the end of sales, we will provide firmware upgrades for products that require upgrading.
    • We will offer service support for the model for a duration of 5 years following the end of sales. (There may be a fee for services provided to out-of-warranty products.)
    • In order to assist with your inquiry, we may ask you for specific information such as log files or photos of the defective device.
    • For issues that cannot be replicated or only occur in specific environments, the identification and resolution process may take longer, or immediate support may not be available.
    • If there are any third-party products on your network, we may be unable to provide service support for those products or assist with their integration into our own products.

Safety Information

  • Do not use your device if using the device is prohibited. Do not use the device if doing so causes danger or interference with other electronic devices.

  • Adapter shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible.
  • Do not touch the device or the charger with wet hands. Doing so may lead to short circuits, malfunctions, or electric shocks. If the product or external adapter includes one three-pole AC inlet, then plug the product into the wall outlets with earthing connection through the power supply cord which provided by the manutacturer.
  • Do not block any ventilation openings. Install this apparatus in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Do not install this apparatus near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
  • Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched, particularly at plugs, convenience receptacles and the point where they exit from the apparatus.
  • Users should only use power adaptors, attachments, accessories supplied or specified by the manufacturer.
  • Use only with the cart, stand, tripod, bracket or table specified by the manufacturer or sold with the apparatus. When a cart is used, use caution when moving the cart/apparatus combination to avoid injury from tip-over.
