The NPB-240 series is a compact size and wide output range charger with UL62368-1 BS EN/EN62368-1, IEC62368-1 TPTC004 AS/NZS60335-1/2-29, BS EN/EN60335-1/2-29, and IEC60335-1/2-29 certifications. It has a BOOST CHARGE VOLTAGE(Vboost)(default) of 14.4V, 28.8V, and 57.6V, and FLOAT CHARGE VOLTAGE(Vfloat)(default) of 13.8V, 27.6V, and 55.2V. The voltage adjustable range is 10.5 ~ 15.2V, 21 ~ 30.4V, and 42 ~ 60.8V, respectively, for each model of the NPB-240 series.
The charger has an output connector of TB type for NPB-240-12 model and AD1/XLR type for the other models. The output current is adjustable in the range of 50% ~ 100%. The charger has a maximum power of Note.3 205.2W and is recommended for battery capacity of 55 ~ 180AH (Ampere Hours). The leakage current from the battery is 0.98/115VAC, PF >0.95/230VAC at full load. The input efficiency varies between 88.5% to 93% for different models.
Usage Instructions
To use the NPB-240 series charger, follow the below instructions:
- Ensure that the charger specifications match with the battery specifications. If not, consult the battery vendor and MEAN WELL for details.
- Connect the charger to the battery using the appropriate output connector (TB type for NPB-240-12 model and AD1/XLR type for other models).
- Select the charging curve using DIP S.W. The series provides a 2 or 3 stage charging curve, with the default being a 3-stage charging curve.
- The charger has an adjustable output current range of 50% ~ 100%. Adjust it as per the requirement.
- The charger has a maximum power of Note.3 205.2W and is recommended for battery capacity of 55 ~ 180AH (Ampere Hours).

Description
NPB-240 series is a 240W charger for compatible with lead-acid (Flooded, Gel,
AGM) and li-ion(Lithium iron, lithium manganese) batteries. This product is a
class I power unit (with FG), equipped with a standard IEC320-C14 AC inlet and
two or three-stage charging control. The entire series supplies different
models with output voltages ranging between 10.5VDC and 60.8VDC that can
satisfy the demands for various types of batteries devices.
