Warning
- Keep your children from using the cooker hood.
- Your cooker hood is for domestic use only, not suitable for barbecue, roast shop and other commercial use.
- Any installation work must be carried out by a qualified electrician or competent person.
- The cooker hood and its filter mesh should be cleaned regularly in order to keep in good working order. • Before cleaning, always ensure that you have switched your cooker hood off.
- Clean the cooker hood according to the instruction manual and keep the cooker hood from the danger of burning.
- No fire for drying your cooker hood.
- If there is any fault with your cooker hood, please call the service department appointed by agent for servicing.
- Please keep the room draughty when your cooker hood and gas hob are working.
- Do not exhaust the gas from cooker hood through the same heated flue which is for the gas from gas hob and other kitchen appliances.
- Before installation and usage, read all the instructions and make sure that the voltage (V) and the frequency (Hz) indicated on your cooker hood are exactly the same as the voltage (V) and the frequency (Hz) in your home.
- In order to get the most out of your cooker hood, please read the instruction manual before installing & using, and keep it in a safe place.
- Ensure that you could get our guarantee for your cooker hood, please provide the warranty card and purchase receipt, or the guarantee will not be offered.
Function and Feature
- The cooker hood is made of high quality materials with streamlined design accordingly to technical and physical engineering theory, high end and luxury with age aesthetic feeling, also there are kinds of styles for your option to perfect your kitchen.
- Equipped with a large power low noise electric motor and centrifugal leaf, it produces strong suction, low noise, non stick grease filter and easy to clean.
- With the isolated low voltage circuit board control, 12vAC input, the lights are more concentrative and use is much safer.
- The grease filter is easy to remove and clean, and only wipe lightly for the motor and other interior parts.
- Special wind tunnel construction and oil collector design, avoiding redundant grease left in the flue.
Installation

The ceiling must be able to carry at least 120 kgs weight, and the thickness of the ceiling must be min. 30 mm.

The cooker hood should be placed at a distance of 50 – 65cm from the cooking surface for the best effect. See Pic 1.

Drill 1 x 170 mm round hole in the ceiling. According to the hanging board, drill 9 holes in the ceiling. 9 pcs of ST6 x 40 mm big flat screws will be used to fix the hanging board on the wood ceiling. (or drill 6 holes in the ceiling, 6pcs of 6 mm x 60 mm explosion screws will be used to fix the hanging board on the cement ceiling). See pic.2 (Electricity = Min. 500 mm ,Gas = Min. 650 mm)

Be careful to turn the screws on grease filter and pick the grease filter out. See pic.3

Use the screwdriver turn out the 4 pcs of M5 x 22 mm round screws and the ST3 x 12 mm big flat on the connect wire box, take apart the lamp’s wire from the box, then take out the small round body. See pic.4/5.

Take off the small round body, you should be careful to install the glass. See pic.6.

After installed the glass and putted the small round body again, connect the lamp wire with the screws and tight it. See pic.7/8.

Install the grease filter again and tight up the filter’s screws. See pic.9.

According pic.11, calculated the length of the angle iron, 24 pcs M4 x 10 big flat screws and M4 nut with gasket will be used to connect the angle iron and another angle iron ( the overlap length of angle iron not less 100 mm). See pic.10.

Use 6 pcs of M4* 10 mm big flat screws to fix the angle iron on the hood and install the extensible pipe. See pic.11/12.

Use the fixation board to put on the 3 pcs of angle iron, 24 pcs M4 x 10 mm big flat screws and M4 nut with gasket will be used to connect the angle iron and fixation board. See pic.13.

See pic.14. Put the inner chimney into hood.

See pic.15. Hang on the hood, put the extensible pipe on the ceiling, after that use 6 pcs of M4 x 10 mm big flat screws and M4 nut with gasket will be used to connect the angle iron to the hangingboard.

See pic.16. Drag the inner chimney to hanging board and fix with 3 pcs of ST4 x 8 mm big flat tapping screws.
MAINTENANCE
The cleaning of the carbon grease filter mesh (PS: when you clean the hood, please make sure the power is cut off)
The way of take off the hood’s grease filter: be careful to take off the grease filter screws in the anticlockwise by hand, drag down and pick the grease filter out. See pic.17.
Please strictly follow the guidelines below.

Put the mesh into 40-50°C clean water, pour on detergent, and soak for 2-3 mins. Wear gloves and clean with a soft brush. Please do not apply too much pressure, as the mesh
is delicate and will damage easy. -
f instructed to do so, it can be put into a dishwasher, set the temperature at around 60 degrees.
- Please not use abrasive detergent, it will damage the hood.
- Install the carbon filter into cooker hood, the specific install way can see pic.18.
The way of changing lamp:
Make sure that the hood is shut off before changing.
- The way of take off the hood’s grease filter: be careful to take off the grease filter screws in the anticlockwise by hand, drag down and pick the grease filter out.
- Use screw driver to take off the shelter board 6 pcs of ST3 x 6 mm screws and pick out the lamp’s shelter board.
- Take off the lamp and change it.
