AC Manual GEN2 Winch Box
Product Information: AC Motor for Dock or Lift
The AC Motor for Dock or Lift is a high-quality motor designed to provide smooth and reliable operation for your dock or lift. It comes with a key that can be used to go up or down. To prevent damage to the motor, it is important to wait 1-3 seconds before changing directions so that the relays have time to click out. The motor also comes with an optional 15-foot or 20-foot pendant that can be purchased and plugged directly into your motor. The pendant works without the key.
In case of a power outage, the motor comes with a provided back-up bit (inside floatie) on the end of the shaft that can be used with a drill. A video on how to use the back-up bit is available on the Lift Tech Marine website. All power used on your dock or lift needs to be GFI protected at the shoreline. Extension cords must be 12/3 and under 150 feet. Circuit breaker 20 AMPS GFI.
The motor is self-lubricating and does not need any maintenance. However, it is recommended to lubricate the chains inside the winch box once a year. For more information, troubleshooting, and how-to videos, visit www.lifttechmarine.com.
Product Usage Instructions
- To operate the AC Motor, use the key provided to go up or down.
- Wait 1-3 seconds before changing directions to allow the relays to click out.
- If you have purchased the optional pendant, it can be plugged directly into your motor and used without the key.

Warranty Information
Lift Tech Marine warrants the AC Motor for Dock or Lift from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, Lift Tech Marine will repair the motor if defective. The warranty is limited to the purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty is void if the product is modified or altered by anyone other than Lift Tech Marine, LLC.
To ensure that your warranty is valid, please fill out the warranty card within 60 days of purchase and send it along with a copy of the original receipt to customerservice@lifttechmarine.com or mail it to Lift Tech Marine, 7958 Hastings Road, Baxter, MN 56425.
Operating the AC Motor:
