Product Usage Instructions

1. Ensure the power switch of the air compressor is in the “Off” position.
2. Connect the air compressor to a suitable power source using the provided power cord.
3. Attach the appropriate nozzle to the air hose, depending on the type of tire valve.
4. Screw the nozzle onto the valve firmly to ensure an airtight seal.
5. Turn on the power switch of the air compressor.
6. Set the desired pressure level using the pressure control knob.
7. Press the inflation button to start inflating the tire.
8. Monitor the pressure gauge and stop inflation when the desired pressure is reached.
9. Turn off the power switch and disconnect the air compressor from the power source.
10. Remove the nozzle from the tire valve and store the air compressor in a safe place.

Usage

1. Connect the clamp to the vehicle battery respecting the polarity: red (+), black (-).
2. Start the vehicle engine and connect the compressor to the car socket at the end of the cable with a pliers.
3. Connect the compressor hose to the tire valve and start the compressor from the button.
4. The pressure indicator (gauge) will initially indicate the pressure in the tire, after which it will gradually increase.
5. When the pressure reaches the value indicated in the car manual or on its pressure label, stop the compressor and disconnect it from the battery.

Warnings

1. Only use the compressor with the engine running, to have sufficient power for correct operation.
2. The required power supply for this compressor is 12V DC and 18A – 25A. Failure to comply with these parameters may lead to compressor malfunction or even failure.
3. Generally it takes about 3 minutes of operation to bring a tire pressure close to the desired value, say about 30 PSI / 2.2 Atmospheres. If the reading on the pressure gauge increases much faster and exceeds 100 PSI 7 atmospheres, stop and unplug the compressor because there is a problem, a blockage. Check cables and tubing and try again.
4. Always monitor the pressure indicated on the pressure gauge and do not over inflate it.
5. To keep the compressor in good condition, it is recommended to operate it for a maximum of 10 minutes, followed by a 10 minute break, to allow it to cool down and avoid damage to the motor and other components.
6. Protect the compressor from water, do not hit it or drop it from your hands, as malfunctions not covered by the guarantee may occur.
