Operation Instructions

Device Connection
Insert the receiver into phone/computer, and it will automatically power up. Then the device LED flashes green slowly in search of a connection. Once paired successfully, the receiver and transmitter LEDs will turn solid green. -
Phone Connection
Insert the receiver Type-C plug into your phone. Once both LEDs on the receiver and transmitter turn solid green, you can use the mic for recording. -
Windows System Settings
Insert the receiver Type-C plug into computer Type-C port directly or into computer USB-A port via the included Type-C to USB-A adapter. After the LEDs on receiver and transmitter turn solid green, click bottom right corner in Windows: Open Sounds settings » Input » Select “TAKSTAR V3” . -
macOS System Settings
Insert the receiver Type-C plug into the computer Type-C interface. After the LEDs on receiver and transmitter turn solid green, go to System Preferences » Sound » select speaker under “Output” tab » select “TAKSTAR V3” as default under “Input” tab. -
Enable OTG Connection (Android 05 only) Take OPPO A72 as example

Furry Windscreen Installation Align the plastic buckle of the windscreen with the groove of the transmitter mic, insert and rotate 90° clockwise to secure it. Insert downwards » Rotate 90° clockwise
Troubleshooting
If the device fails to pair, you can press the power buttons of the transmitter and receiver 3 times within 10 s after plugging in the receiver to clear their pairing history, which is indicated by rapid red and green flashes. Then, press their power buttons 3 times again to re-pair. Retry afore steps if it fails.
Safety Instructions
To avoid electric shock, overheat, fire, radiation, explosion, mechanical risk and injury or property loss due to improper use, please read and observe the following items before use:
- Please check if the power of the connected equipment matches with that of this product before operation. Adjust the volume to proper level during operation. Do not operate at over-power or high-volume level for extended time to avoid product malfunction or hearing impairment.
- If there is any abnormality during use (e.g., smoke, strange odor), please kill the power switch and unplug from power source, then send the product to the local dealer for repair.
- Never use any replacement battery with broken insulation. Do not charge non-chargeable battery.
- Keep this product and its accessories in a dry and ventilated area. Do not store in a humid or dusty area for extended time. Keep away from fire, rain, liquid intrusion, bumping, throwing, vibrating, or from blocking any ventilation openings, to prevent malfunction.
- The product must, when installed on walls or ceilings, be fixed firmly in place at adequate strength to prevent from falling.
- Please abide by safety rules during operation. Do not use the product in places prohibited by laws or regulations to avoid accident.
- Do not disassemble or repair the product by yourself to avoid injury. If you have any questions or require any services, please contact our local dealer.
