Operation Instructions

How to Use
  1. Insert the USB-C end of supplied data cable into the bottom of the mic and the other end with a computer or smartphone. TAKSTAR-GX1-USB-Digital-Microphone-3
  2. Rotate the mic and keep the front of the mic (the side with the dial) facing the sound source. The optimal distance between your mouth and the mic is about 15~30cm.
  3. To achieve the best volume effect, it’s recommended to reduce first, then gradually increase volume to a desired level.
  4. Subject to the ambient noise level, you may choose to toggle on/off the squelch function. Note that squelch function would impact sound restoration to certain extent. Therefore, we suggest switching off squelch for optimal effect where the ambience is relatively quiet. TAKSTAR-GX1-USB-Digital-Microphone-6

Note: The mic base can be detached, allowing the mic to be installed onto another mic stand. Rotate the base clockwise to remove it, and then install the mic onto a mic stand or boom arm with 3/8″ or 5/8″ threaded connector. TAKSTAR-GX1-USB-Digital-Microphone-7
