Utilisation conforme Le Payment Connect doit uniquement être inséré dans les
ports JURA prévus à cet effet. Il sert à établir une communication sans fil
entre la machine automatique à café et différents appareils accessoires (liste
des appareils compatibles sur jura.com). Toute autre utilisation est
considérée comme non conforme. JURA décline toute responsabilité relative aux
conséquences d’une utilisation non conforme.

1 LED : indique l’état de fonctionnement du Payment Connect
2 Fiche : pour insérer le Payment Connect dans le port de service de la
machine automatique à café
Mise en place Le Payment Connect doit être inséré dans le port de service de
la machine automatique à café. Celui-ci se situe, en règle générale, sur
le dessus ou à l’arrière de la machine, sous un cache amovible. Si vous ne
savez pas où se trouve le port de service de votre machine automatique à café,
renseignez-vous auprès de votre revendeur agréé ou consultez le site jura.com.
T Insérez le Payment Connect dans le port de
service de la machine automatique à café. La rubrique de programme « Payment
Connect » apparaît dans les réglages de la machine à café.
Connexion au JURA Cool Control Le Payment Connect peut être utilisé pour
établir une connexion entre la machine automatique à café et le JURA Cool
Control. Pour ce faire, le Cool Control doit également être équipé d’un
Payment Connect. Lorsqu’un appareil est éteint puis rallumé, la connexion est
automatiquement rétablie.
Rétablir la configuration standard du Payment Connect Si vous rencontrez des
problèmes d’ordre général avec le Payment Connect (p. ex. un problème de
connexion), vous pouvez rétablir la configuration standard dans les réglages
de votre machine automatique à café (rubrique de programme « Reset Payment
Connect »).

(pendant la mise en service avec le routeur).
Cool Control
Le Cool Control est éteint, le Payment Connect n’est pas alimenté en courant.
La connexion avec la machine automatique à café est établie. La machine
automatique à café est éteinte, la connexion à la machine est impossible. Le
Cool Control n’est pas configuré avec la machine automatique à café.

Endabnehmer zusätzlich zu seinen Rechten gegenüber dem Verkäufer auf
Gewährleistung zu folgenden Bedingungen eine Herstellergarantie von
25 Monaten ab Erstkaufdatum
1 Für Produkte, die der selektiven Vertriebsbindung unterliegen, wird die
Herstellergarantie nur gewährt, sofern das JURA-Gerät bei einem von JURA
autorisierten Fachhändler erworben wurde.
2 Mängel werden innerhalb der Garantiezeit durch JURA beseitigt. Dabei erfolgt
die Garantieleistung nach Wahl von JURA durch Instandsetzung (Reparatur),
Austausch mangelhafter Teile oder Austausch des Gerätes. Die Ausführung von
Garantieleistungen bewirkt weder eine Verlängerung noch einen Neubeginn der
Garantiezeit. Ausgewechselte Teile gehen in das Eigentum von JURA über.
3 Eine Garantieleistung entfällt für Schäden oder Mängel, die aus nicht
vorschriftsmäßigem Anschluss, unsachgemäßer Handhabung oder Transport,
Reparatur oder Umbauten durch nicht autorisierte Personen sowie durch
Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchsanweisung entstanden sind. Werden insbesondere
Betriebs- oder Wartungsanweisungen von JURA nicht befolgt oder werden andere
Pflegeprodukte als JURA-Wasserfilter, JURA-Reinigungs- oder
Entkalkungstabletten verwendet, die nicht den Originalspezifikationen
entsprechen, so entfällt ebenfalls jede Garantie. Verschleißteile (zum
Beispiel Dichtungen, Mahlscheiben, Ventile) sind von der Garantie ebenso
ausgenommen, wie Schäden, die durch Fremdkörper im Mahlwerk (zum Beispiel
Steine, Holz, Büroklammern) entstanden sind.
4 Als Nachweis für den Garantieanspruch gilt die Kaufquittung mit Angabe von
Kaufdatum und Gerätetyp. Um die Abwicklung zu vereinfachen, sollte die
Kaufquittung zusätzlich falls möglich folgende Angaben enthalten: Name und
Adresse des Käufers sowie die Seriennummer des Gerätes.

in der Schweiz erworben und in ein anderes europäisches Land gebracht wurden,
werden Leistungen im Rahmen der jeweils für dieses europäische Land gültigen
JURA-Garantiebestimmungen erbracht.
7 Diese Garantie deckt Transportkosten und alle Transportrisiken in direktem
oder indirektem Zusammenhang mit der Garantie für das Produkt nicht ab.
Innerhalb der Garantiezeit werden die Transportkosten in der Schweiz zwischen
Kunde und JURA Vertrieb (Schweiz) AG je zur Hälfte aufgeteilt.

La société JURA Vertrieb (Schweiz) AG, 4626 Niederbuchsiten accorde au client
final sur cette machine conçue et construite pour un usage domestique, en plus
de ses droits à garantie envers le vendeur, une garantie constructeur de
25 mois à compter de la date initiale d’achat
1 Pour les produits soumis à une distribution sélective, la garantie
constructeur ne sera accordée que si la machine JURA est acquise auprès de
l’un des revendeurs agréés JURA.
2 Les vices seront éliminés par JURA pendant la période de garantie, la
prestation de garantie s’effectuant, au choix de JURA, par remise en état
(réparation), échange des pièces défectueuses ou échange de la machine.
L’exécution des prestations de garantie ne donne pas lieu à prolongation ou
renouvellement de la durée de garantie. Les pièces remplacées deviennent la
propriété de JURA.
3 Les prestations de garantie sont exclues en cas de dommages ou défauts qui
résultent d’un raccordement non réglementaire, d’une manipulation non conforme
ou d’un transport, d’une réparation ou d’une transformation réalisées par des
personnes non autorisées ainsi que du non-respect des instructions
d’utilisation. En particulier, la garantie ne s’applique pas si les
instructions de service et de maintenance de JURA ne sont pas observées ou si
des produits d’entretien autres que les filtres à eau JURA, les pastilles de
nettoyage et les tablettes de détartrage JURA sont employés, qui ne
correspondent pas aux spécifications d’origine. Les pièces d’usure (comme les
joints, les disques de broyage, les clapets) sont également exclues de la
garantie de même que les dommages résultant de la présence de corps étrangers
dans le broyeur (pierres, bois, trombones par exemple).
4 La facture d’achat avec indication de la date d’achat et du type de machine
est la preuve du droit à garantie. Pour simplifier la procédure, la facture
d’achat devrait comporter, si possible, en supplément, les indications
suivantes : nom et adresse de l’acheteur ainsi que le numéro de série de la
machine.

5 La garantie constructeur est de 12 mois si le client final est une société,
une personne morale ou si la machine n’est pas utilisée dans un contexte
domestique.
6 Les prestations de garantie seront exécutées en Suisse. Pour les machines
ayant été acquises en Suisse puis emmenées dans un autre pays européen, les
prestations seront exécutées dans le cadre des conditions de garantie de JURA
en vigueur dans ce pays européen.
7 Cette garantie ne couvre pas les frais de transport ni les risques de
transport en lien direct ou indirect avec la garantie du produit. Pendant la
durée de la garantie, les frais de transport en Suisse sont divisés à parts
égales entre le client et JURA Vertrieb (Schweiz) AG.
8 En Suisse, les prestations de garantie seront exécutées, après concertation

voor dit apparaat, dat voor huishoudelijk gebruik ontwikkeld en geconstrueerd
is, aanvullend op diens rechten jegens de verkoper en onder de hieronder
genoemde voorwaarden een fabrieksgarantie gedurende
25 maanden vanaf de datum van aankoop
1 Voor producten die aan de selectieve handelsbinding onderhevig zijn, wordt
de fabrieksgarantie uitsluitend verleend als het apparaat van JURA bij een
geautoriseerde JURA dealer aangekocht is.
2 Gebreken worden binnen de garantieperiode door JURA verholpen. De garantie
wordt naar keuze van JURA verleend door reparatie, vervanging van gebrekkige

3 Garantie kan niet worden verleend voor schade of gebreken die voortvloeien
uit niet reglementaire aansluiting, onjuist gebruik of transport, reparatie of
modificaties door niet geautoriseerde personen alsmede uit het niet in acht
nemen van de gebruiksaanwijzing. Met name als de gebruiks- of
onderhoudsinstructies van JURA niet worden nageleefd, of als andere
onderhoudsproducten dan de JURA waterfilter en de JURA reinigings- of
ontkalkingstabletten worden gebruikt die niet voldoen aan de originele
specificaties, vervalt ieder recht op garantie. Op slijtageonderdelen (zoals
afdichtingen, maalschijven, kleppen) alsmede op schade als gevolg van vreemde
voorwerpen in de molen (zoals stenen, hout, paperclips) wordt eveneens geen
garantie verleend.
4 Als bewijs voor het recht op garantie geldt het bewijs van aankoop met
vermelding van datum van aankoop en model. Om de afwikkeling te
vereenvoudigen, dient het bewijs van aankoop – indien mogelijk – de volgende
aanvullende gegevens te bevatten: naam en adres van de koper alsmede
serienummer van het apparaat.

5 Als de eindklant een bedrijf of een rechtspersoon is, of als het apparaat
niet in een huishoudelijke omgeving wordt gebruikt, bedraagt de
fabrieksgarantie 12 maanden.
6 De garantie wordt in Nederland verleend. Voor apparaten die in Europa
gekocht en vervolgens naar een ander Europees land gebracht zijn, wordt
garantie in het kader van de voor dit land van toepassing zijnde
garantiebepalingen van JURA verleend.

JURA Products Ltd warranty conditions
For this machine, which was designed and built for domestic use, JURA Products
Ltd, Vivary Way, Colne, Lancashire offers to the end customer, in addition to
the rights of guarantee from the retailer, a manufacturer’s warranty with the
following terms and conditions:
25 months from the date of initial purchase 1 For products which are subject
to selective distribution, the manufacturer’s warranty shall
only apply if the JURA machine was purchased at an authorised JURA specialised
dealer. 2 JURA shall remedy all defects within the warranty period. JURA shall
decide whether to rem-
edy the defect by repairing the machine, replacing defective parts or
replacing the machine. The performance of warranty services shall not cause
the warranty period to be extended or restarted. Replaced parts shall become
the property of JURA. 3 A warranty service is not applicable for damage or
defects caused by incorrect connection, incorrect handling or transport,
repair attempts or modifications by unauthorised persons or non-compliance
with the instructions for use. In particular, the warranty shall be void if
JURA’s operating or maintenance instructions are not followed or if
maintenance products other than JURA water filters, JURA cleaning tablets or
JURA descaling tablets are used which do not correspond to the original
specifications. Wearing parts (e.g. seals, grinding discs, valves) are
excluded from the warranty, as is damage caused by foreign bodies entering the
grinder (e.g. stones, wood, paper clips). 4 The sales receipt, specifying the
purchase date and machine type, must be provided as evidence of warranty
claims. In order to simplify the process, the sales receipt should also
include the following information where possible: name and address of the
customer and serial number of the machine. 5 If the end customer is a company
or a legal person, or if the machine is not used in a domestic environment,
the manufacturer’s warranty is valid for 12 months.

purchased in Europe and taken to another European country, services shall be

La société Jura France S.A.S accorde au client final sur cette machine conçue
et construite pour un usage domestique, en plus de ses droits à garantie
envers le vendeur, une garantie constructeur de
25 mois à compter de la date initiale d’achat
1 Pour les produits soumis à une distribution sélective, la garantie
constructeur ne sera accordée que si la machine JURA est acquise auprès de
l’un des revendeurs agréés JURA.
2 Les vices seront éliminés par JURA pendant la période de garantie, la

joints, les disques de broyage, les clapets) sont également exclues de la
garantie de même que les dommages résultant de la présence de corps étrangers
dans le broyeur (pierres, bois, trombones par exemple).
4 La facture d’achat avec indication de la date d’achat et du type de machine
est la preuve du droit à garantie. Pour simplifier la procédure, la facture
d’achat devrait comporter, si possible, en supplément, les indications
suivantes : nom et adresse de l’acheteur ainsi que le numéro de série de la
machine.

5 La garantie constructeur est de 12 mois si le client final est une société,
une personne morale ou si la machine n’est pas utilisée dans un contexte

6 Les prestations de garantie seront exécutées en France. Pour les machines

JURA Espresso S.L.U garantiza que esta máquina ha sido concebida y construida
para su uso doméstico, mientras que el usuario final puede disfrutar, además
de sus derechos frente al comprador y entre las condiciones indicadas, de una
garantía de fabricación de
25 meses a partir de la fecha de compra
1 Para productos con acuerdo de distribución selectivo, únicamente se cubrirá
la garantía de fabricación en caso de que la máquina JURA se haya adquirido en
un comercio especializado autorizado por JURA.
2 JURA subsanará los daños que se produzcan dentro del periodo de garantía. En
tal caso, JURA escogerá para la prestación de garantía entre la reparación, la
sustitución de piezas defectuosas o la sustitución de la máquina completa. Las
prestaciones de garantía no suponen una prolongación o el nuevo comienzo del
periodo de garantía. Las piezas que se hayan cambiado son propiedad de JURA.
3 Se suprime el derecho a prestación de garantía en caso de daños o defectos
ocasionados por una conexión no reglamentaria, una manipulación o un
transporte inadecuados, la reparación o reforma realizadas por personas no
autorizadas, así como el incumplimiento de las indicaciones de uso. La
garantía también se suprime en caso de que no se cumplan las indicaciones de
servicio o mantenimiento de JURA o bien en caso de que se utilicen otros
producto de conservación que no sean los filtros de agua JURA o bien las
pastilla de limpieza y descalcificación JURA que no cumplan con las
especificaciones originales. También se excluyen de la garantía las piezas de
desgaste (como juntas, discos de molienda y válvulas) y los daños provocados
por la presencia de cuerpos extraños en mecanismo de molienda (como piedras,
madera o grapas).
4 El recibo de compra con la fecha de compra y el tipo de máquina sirve a modo
de certificado de garantía. Para facilitar la tramitación, el recibo debe
incluir en la medida de lo posible los siguientes datos: nombre y dirección
del comprador, así como el número de serie de la máquina.

5 En caso de que el usuario final sea una empresa, una persona jurídica o que
la máquina no sea para uso doméstico, la garantía de fabricación será de 12
meses.
6 Las prestaciones de garantía se extienden a España. En el caso de máquinas
adquiridas en el espacio europeo y que se transporten a otro Estado miembro,
las prestaciones se realizarán en el marco de las condiciones de garantía de
JURA válidas para ese Estado miembro.

1 För produkter som omfattas av bestämmelsen om selektiv distribution erhålls
tillverkargarantin endast om JURA-apparaten införskaffades hos en av JURA

2 Under garantitiden åtgärdar JURA alla brister. Garantin kan fullgöras genom

3 Plnní ze záruky odpadá za skody nebo závady, které vznikly následkem
nepedpisového pipojení, neodborného zacházení nebo pepravy, opravy nebo
pestaveb provedených neautorizovanými osobami a rovnz následkem nedodrzování
návodu k pouzívání. Pokud nejsou dodrzovány provozní a údrzbové pokyny
spolecnosti JURA nebo pokud jsou pouzívány jiné osetující výrobky nez jsou
vodní filtry JURA, cisticí nebo odvápovací tablety JURA, které neodpovídají
originálním specifikacím, pak je rovnz vyloucena jakákoliv záruka. Díly
podléhající rychlému opotebení (nap. tsnní, mlecí kotouce, ventily) jsou rovnz
vyjmuty za záruky, stejn jako skody vzniklé vlivem cizích tles v mlecím
zaízení (nap. kameny, devo, kanceláské sponky).
4 Jako doklad k uplatnní nároku ze záruky platí potvrzení o koupi s uvedením
data nákupu a typu pístroje. Pro zjednodusení vyízení by potvrzení o koupi mlo
obsahovat navíc je-li to mozné následující údaje: Jméno a adresu
kupujícího a rovnz sériové císlo pístroje.

wówczas równie nie obowizuje jakakolwiek gwarancja. Czci podlegajce zuyciu (na
przyklad uszczelki, tarcze mielce, zawory) równie nie podlegaj gwarancji, np.
w zwizku z uszkodzeniem spowodowanym przez ciala obce w mlynku (na przyklad
kamienie, elementy drewniane, spinacze).
4 Potwierdzeniem prawa do roszczenia gwarancyjnego jest dowód zakupu z podan
dat zakupu i typem urzdzenia. W celu ulatwienia realizacji gwarancji dowód

i adres kupujcego, a take numer seryjny urzdzenia.
