Product Usage Instructions

WARNING: THE INSTALLATION MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN.

  1. Disconnect the transformer from the electrical supply before installation or service to prevent electric shock.

  2. Dig a hole approximately 10 inches in diameter to a depth that allows the top of the fixture to be flush or positioned 1/8 inch above grade. It is recommended to use pea gravel or sand to aid in positioning the luminaire housing.
CAUTION: When installing in sand or soil, the plastic well MUST be flush to 1/8 inch above grade to promote water runoff.

  5. Coil the wire leads along the bottom of the plastic well and close the wiring compartment.

  6. Install a lamp with the correct wattage and type as marked on the fixture label. Set the lamp at the desired aiming angle.
