Clean and Coat White Membrane (TPO/PVC/EPDM), Metal, Elastomeric Rooftops
INSTRUCTIONS
Clean with SIMIX Multi-Surface Peroxide Cleaner & Degreaser
Step 1: Clean debris off roof with pressure washer or leaf blower.
Step 2: Make any necessary repairs to damaged sections of roof.
Step 3: Dissolve SIMIX Multi-Surface Peroxide Cleaner & Degreaser in hot
water.
Use 1 large scoop of powder per gallon of water. In Chemical tank make sure
solution sprayed on roof is 4 ounces per gallon or equivalent.
Step 4: Immediately apply the solution. Rooftop should be completely
soaked.
Step 5: Allow to dwell for 20 minutes.
Step 6: Wash off with surface cleaner.
Let roof visible dry before applying SIMIX Multi-Surface Ceramic Clearcoat
Coat the Roof
Prepare SIMIX Multi-Surface Ceramic Clearcoat. Refer to Mixing/Dilution chart.
Check temperature and consult mixing chart for proper amounts.
Step 1: Spray coating on to dry roof. As one person sprays, another mops
and spreads the coating using microfiber flat mop
Step 2: Let coating visibly dry.
Step 3: Add a total of 4 coats. Always let coating dry between coats.

Coverage rates will vary based on type of surface, porosity, ambient temperature, surface temperature and humidity.
You will need:
Hot water pressure washer
Microfiber flat applicator mop
Surface cleaner (bigger the better 24– 36 inches)
Battery leaf blower
Chemical tank or backpack sprayer
