1 Passenger Accessory Mount
1 Passenger Accessory Arm
2 10-32 x 3/8” screws
1 Heat shrink tube

Installation Instructions:

  1. Park on a level surface and shut off the motorcycle. Ensure the engine has time to cool before installation.
  2. Remove the Tour-Pak liner. Note: on ‘96 -’13 models, you will need to remove two bolts at the rear of the Tour-Pak to remove the liner.
  3. These instructions show a right side install. For a left side install flip the accesory arm on the mount. Loosen, but do not remove the three bolts on the inside of the Tour-Pak.   4. Use the two included screws to attach the arm to the top of the mount. The arm should face away from the motorcycle. Slide the heat shrink tubing over the joint and use a heat gun or torch to apply heat to area. Note: Heat shrink tubing may need to be cut to length for the desired coverage. Fig.2
  5. With the arm over the bolt between the speaker housing and the Tour-Pak hold the mount arm down firmly, and tighten previously loosened bolts securing speaker pods. Fig. 4
  6. Follow instructions included with your drink holder for installation onto the mount.
