NOTIFICATION LED
Red LED:
– If the LED is red , it means the 4G connection has failed.
Blue LED:
– If the LED is flashing blue, the camera is waiting for pairing
– if the LED is blue, the camera is connected to the internet
POWER LED
When the camera is charging, the LED is red. If the camera is fully charged,
the LED is green.
CHARGING
For external power supply, use a 5V/2A adapter or the included solar panel.
INSTALLATION
Recommendations
The SD card must be formatted to FAT32. Insert the SD card into the camera
before installation.
Add the camera to the Immax NEO PRO application before installing the camera
at the site.
Installation on the wall
Drill 4 holes in the wall, then insert a dowel into each hole.
Attach the bracket with screws as shown below.
Install the camera into the bracket and adjust the camera to your
specifications.
Recommendation: for higher signal quality we recommend to install the antenna
vertically.
Installation on the ceiling
Drill 3 holes in the ceiling, then insert a dowel into each hole.
Attach the bracket with screws as shown below.
Install the camera into the bracket and adjust the camera to your
specifications.
Recommendation: for higher signal quality we recommend to install the antenna
vertically.
Installing a camera using
tape
Attach the strap to the holder.
Use the strap to clamp the holder to the tree or pole.
Install the camera in the mount and adjust the camera to your requirements.
Reommendation: for higher signal quality we recommend to install the antenna
vertically.
Solar panel
installation
A: INSTALLING THE SOLAR PANEL ON THE CAMERA MOUNT
Fix the base plate of the bracket to the back of the solar panel with 2
screws.
Attach the universal joint and cover to the bracket.
Use the nut to secure the universal joint with the solar panel to the top of
the camera mount.
It is recommended to adjust the inclination of the solar panel at an angle of
45° towards the south. Connect the solar panel to the USB connector on the
camera.
B: INSTALLING A SOLAR PANEL ON A SEPARATE BRACKET
Recommendation: choose a location with sufficient sunlight to install the
solar panel.
Drill 4 holes in the wall, insert a dowel into each hole, then attach the
bracket with screws.
Use a nut to secure the universal joint with the solar panel to the bracket.
It is recommended to adjust the inclination of the solar panel at an angle of
45° towards the south.
Connect the solar panel to the USB connector on the camera.
Notes:
Do not install the camera near ventilation openings such as heating vents,
hood, air conditioner, open window, etc.
Do not install the camera facing a mirror.
To reduce interference from wireless signals, place the camera at least 1
meter away from other wireless devices.
Do not install the camera in areas where it is very windy.
IMMAX NEO PRO APPLICATION AND DEVICE PAIRING
- Scan the QR code and download the Immax NEO PRO application. Or find and install the Immax NEO PRO app in the App Store or Google Play. Launch the Immax NEO PRO application and click on “Register” and create your own account via e-mail.https://smartapp.tuya.com/immaxneosmart
- If you have finished registration, log in using your account.
QR CODE CONNECTION
- In the Immax NEO PRO application, click the Room tab and then the “+” button to add a device. In the Immax NEO tab, select the product.
- Select the pairing method in the upper right corner. Basically, the pairing is set using the QR code.
- Confirm that I heard a warning or that the LED flashes quickly.
- Enter the access data to the WiFi network and confirm.
- Read the QR code generated by the camera.
- Wait for the camera to be added to Immax NEO PRO.
SETTINGS IN THE
APP
- Change HD/SD resolution
- Battery status
- Turning on/off camera audio
- You can pan, zoom and focus on any detail of the live feed from the camera. Just press and drag to zoom in on a specific area.
- Camera settings
- Date and time watermark. This function must be enabled in the camera settings
- Displays the camera footage full screen
- Screenshot – saves an image from the live camera feed. The image is saved to the Gallery on the mobile phone.
- Microphone – holding this icon activates two-way communication.
- Record – saves the video from the live camera feed. The video is saved to the Gallery on the mobile phone.
- Other functions
- Playback of the recording stored on the SD card inserted in the device
- Gallery – displays the saved images from the camera
- Switch between light and dark background
- Night mode – switch between night view modes (Auto, On, Off)
- Volume – here you set the volume of the speaker in the camera
- PIR – set the sensitivity of the PIR sensor in the camera
- Siren – press to trigger the siren in the camera
- Messages – displays a list of notifications from the camera

CAUTION: Keep out of reach of children. This product contains small

CAUTION: To ensure safe use of the product, wires must be brought at the
installation site according to valid regulations. The installation must only
be carried out by an individual with the appropriate certification in the
field of electronics. During installation or when a fault is detected, the
power cable must always be disconnected from the socket (in the case of direct
connection, the relevant circuit breaker must be switched off). Improper
installation can damage the product and cause injury.
CAUTION: Do not disassemble the product, electric shock may occur.
CAUTION: Use only the original power adapter provided with the product.
Do not operate the device if the power cord shows signs of damage.
CAUTION: Follow the instructions in the enclosed manual.
MAINTENANCE
Protect the device from contamination and soiling. Wipe the device with a soft
cloth, do not use rough or coarse materials.
DO NOT USE solvents or other aggressive cleaners or chemicals.
