Product Usage Instructions
- Do not use the vehicle on roads, hills, sidewalks or sand. It should only be used on flat surfaces.
- Pay attention to the maximum weight limits and do not overload the vehicle. Typical maximum total weight is 25-35 kg. Check for your specific model.
- Only adults should charge the battery.
- Children using the vehicle should always be supervised by a responsible adult.
- Do not charge the vehicle’s circuit and do not drive in water or other fluids.
- Stop the vehicle when it is approaching an obstacle, turn away from the obstacle and drive somewhere else.
- Charge the battery when the vehicle starts to drive slowly to avoid shortening its lifespan. Charge the battery fully before storing it for longer periods without use. Charge the battery every three months to extend its lifespan.
- Do not drive during rain and check the battery, charger, electrical cables, outlets, and other parts periodically for damages. Do not use the vehicle until these are fixed.
- The charger should be checked periodically for damages on cord, plug and other parts. Do not use the charger until the damage is fixed.
- The vehicle may only be used with the recommended charger. The charger is not a toy.
- Clean the vehicle with a damp cloth only.
- Check that all parts are undamaged before use. Repair or change damaged parts.

Warning: For your child’s safety, pay attention to the following:

- Check and tighten all screws before every drive. Do not allow two or more children to use the vehicle at once.

- Change damaged parts immediately.
- Insert 220V/12V charger cable’s connector to the vehicle.
- Insert actual 220V/12V charger unit to your 220V power outlet. The battery will start charging.
- Detach after 8-12 hours
IMPORTANT NOTE: When shifting (forward/backward), please make sure the vehicle is completely stopped, otherwise it will damage the gear box and motor.
Forward:
- Press the ”Forward/backward switch” to the ”Forward” position.
- Press the ”Foot pedal”, the vehicle drives forward.
Stop: 1. The vehicle will brake automatically when foot is lifted from the ”foot-pedal”.
Back-Up:

1. Press the ”Forward/backward switch” to the ”Backward” position.
- Press the ”Foot pedal”, the vehicle will back up.
Loosen the screw from the back of the seat seat, take away the seat. Then connect the battery line red wire to the red terminal of the battery and finally then connect black wire to black battery terminal. Never connect wires into the uncorrect battery terminals. After the connections, please assemble the seat back to the original place and tighten the screw.
Battery replacement and fuse
The battery is equipped with a thermal fuse which blows if the motor, battery
or electrical circuit is overloaded. The vehicle must then be switched off for
at least 5 minutes, after which the fuse will restore itself. If the product
does not work, the fuse may therefore be the problem. To avoid this, read the
following points:
- Do not overload the vehicle.
- Do not pull anything behind the vehicle.
- Do not drive up steep hills.
- Do not run into motionless objects that cause the wheels to spin.
- Do not drive at extreme temperatures.
- Make sure the product does not come into contact with liquids.
- Do not touch the electrical circuit.
As the battery gets older it will start to lose some of its capacity. Depending on the conditions, it can last anywhere from 1 – 3 years. If the battery needs a replacement, follow these steps:
- Loosen the crew and remove the seat.
- Disconnect the cables from the battery terminals.
- Remove the battery cover.
- Carefully lift the battery out of the vehicle. Depending on the condition of the battery (leakage or similar), safety equipment may be required. Do not lift the battery from its wires but from the battery itself.
- Put the battery in a plastic bag and dispose it responsibly. NEVER put the battery to general waste.
- Insert the new battery into the vehicle.
- Reconnect the cables to the new battery. Red wire to red terminal (+) and black wire to black terminal (-) of the battery.
- Slide the seat into place. Tighten the screw.
To protect the environment, batteries and electrical equipment must be disposed separately from household waste. Contact the municipality for the nearest collection point.

that the battery connectors are firmly plugged into each other when
recharging. Recharge battery again.
“Dead Spot” on motor| A dead spot means the electric power is not being
delivered to the terminal con nection and the vehicle needs re- pair.

Difficult shifting from forward to
reverse or vice-versa
| Attempting to shift while the vehicle is motion| Always completely stop the
vehicle before shifting.
Loud grinding or clicking noises coming from motor or gear box| Motor or gears

Check that the battery connectors are firmly plugged into each other when

Maintenance
- Check all screws periodically and tighten as needed.
- Check the vehicle’s plastic components frequently for damage.
- The mechanical parts of the vehicle can be lubricated with oil if necessary.
- Store the product indoors to protect it from the weather.
- Keep product away from hot items such as stove and the likes.
- Do not clean the product with a garden hose and do not use soap. A dry or moist cloth is enough.
- Do not drive in rain, snow, sand and gravel as this may damage the product. If the product is not to be used for an extended period, recharge the battery and then disconnect all cables

Battery and Charger Operating Guide
- The charging socket is located at the lower part of the car seat.
- The color of the charging status lamp in the charger is red during charging and turns green after being fully charged.
- The battery should be fully charged before first use, cannot exceed 15 hours.
- (Option A) When the display voltage is as low as 9.6V, please charge it immediately. (Option B, Option C) When the display voltage is as low as 4.8V, please charge it immediately.
- The lukewarm phenomenon of the charger and battery will occur during charging.
Operation of overcurrent protector
- The overcurrent protector is installed under the seat. You can see it by twisting the seat screw off (as shown in the figure) and taking the seat away.
- When the car is overloaded, the overcurrent protector automatically disconnects the circuit (for protecting the circuit); when the circuit fault is removed, the overcurrent protector automatically connects the circuit.
- When the battery has power and the car can not run, please check whether the circuit of the car has an open circuit or short circuit.
Components list
- Assembly Diagram1. Installation of front axle frame connecting rod and wheel
- Install the front axle frame connecting-rod (part 13) at the assigned location, and then tighten it with the front axle frame connecting-rod screw (part 16) and locknut (part 22). (The tightening degree shall be based on the flexible swing direction.)
- Put the wheel (part 6) and ring (part 25) into the front axle in sequence, clamp them into the groove position of the axle with the latch spring (part 26) and fasten the wheel cover (part 8).
- Rotate the motor gearbox upwards according to the direction indicated by the arrow until the motor gearbox hole aligns with the car body axle hole, and then insert the rear axle (part 14) into the assigned location of the car body.
- Insert the rear wheel axle (part 14) into the assigned location of the car body, put the driving wheel (part 7) with rubber wheel ring and ring (part 25) into the front axle in sequence, clamp them into the groove position of the axle with the latch spring (part 26) and fasten the wheel cover (part 8).
Installation of J-shaped stick
Insert the J-shaped iron hook (part 15) into the front gearbox, and then
tighten it by using the steering gearbox screw (part 17).
Installation of steering wheel and hand shank
Plug the wire plug of the steering wheel into the wire plug from the car
body hole correspondingly, and then put the connected plugs into the car body
hole.
Installation of power supply
Install the steering wheel (part 3) on the J-shaped iron hook, and tighten with the steering wheel screw (part 18) and the steering wheel anti-loose nut (part 23); then insert the handle (part 5) into the designated position and press down firmly to make it reliably connected.Insert plug (A) into the circuit board to its bottom.
Mount seat and seat backrest
After installing the power supply, assemble the seat (part 9) on the specified position and tighten it with the seat screw (part 20). Then mount the seat backrest (part 10) on the specified position and tighten it with the seat backrest screw (part 20).
Installation of tailwing
Insert the empennage (part 11) into the corresponding hole along the arrow
direction and then tighten the screw.
Install the window
Insert the window (part 12) into the designated position on both sides of
the car body. Before installation, please press each buckle position to firmly
connect.
Install the rear-view mirror and windshield
- Tighten with the door screws (part 21), as shown in the figure2
- Assemble the rear-view mirror (part 4) on the windshield, then tighten the rear-view mirror with the screw (part 19) and the lock nut (part 24).
Open the car door
- Install the windshield (part 2) at the assigned location of the car front end, find each buckle position before installation, and then press it forcefully until each buckle position is tight.
- Push the switch in the car door panel forwards, turn over the car door outwards and open the car door.
Normal operation
- Foot switch mode
- Press the main power switch button. B. Press the pedal low speed or high speed button.
- Select forward/reverse direction. D. Turn on the foot switch to start the car.
- Remote control code-matching operation
- Press the main power switch button to turn it on (coding will be valid within two minutes after powering on)
- Simultaneously keep pressing the speed change button and sudden brake button of the remote control for 5 seconds; if the lamp of first gear, second gear and third gear twinkles, it will indicate that the code-matching action is transmitted; it will indicate that the codes are matched successfully until the lamp is on and stops twinkling; when the code-matching action is received, the front wheel will rotate leftwards for 1s and rightwards for 1s.

- It will enter the sleep state if no operation occurs within 1 min. You can press any button to reawaken it.
Installation and replacement of remote control batteries
Unscrew the battery cover screws of the remote control (part 28), open the battery cover, find the positive and negative poles, put 2 AAA batteries into the battery compartment, close the battery cover and fix it with screws.
Function and Operation
Main functions:
- There are remote controllable and pedal switch buttons.
- Rear drive: Power motor gearbox for powerful front/rear power.
- Forward/backward function: The right side of the dashboard is provided with the three forward gears for speed regulation, neutral gear and reverse gear.
- Foot switch function: Press the foot switch button, when the handle is in forward or backward position, step down the foot switch to move the car forward or backward, and release the foot switch to stop the car.
- Charging protection function: All functions needing to be powered by the battery will fail when the battery is being charged.
- Forward/backward brake function: No matter what the forward or backward is operated, there will be the relay brake function during stop.
One-button start button: 1. Press this button to turn on the main power switch, the system is in the standby state, and the speaker make a car engine sound. One-button start button red light and the pedal/low speed button green light are on, 00.00 and V are displayed on the display, and the normal voltage is displayed after the end of the engine sound. Then the English prompt sound is played by the music player, and the music button is disabled until the prompt sound is over.
After pressing this button for 2 seconds, the main power will be cut off and the system will be shut down.
Music button: Under MUSIC play mode, press this button to play a song, and the green light of this button is on; press this button again to play the next song; there are 2 music buttons, each button will play 3 songs repeatedly.
Previous\Volume – Button: 1. In MUSIC USB BT mode: short press this button, the green light of this button will be on for a short period of time and it will change to the previous music; long press this button for 2 seconds without release, the green light of this button will be on, the volume will be decremented, the volume value on display will decrease from U30 to U00. 2. Each time of starting, the default volume value will be U25.
Simple Fault Removal Guidance
Previous\Volume + Button : 1. MUSIC USB BT mode: Short press this button, it will switch to the next music; long press this button for 2s, the green light of this button will be on, and the volume will increase progressively, and the display volume value will increase by U00-U30. 2. Each time of starting, the default volume value will be U25.
Lamp button : It is off when power-on. Press to turn on the car lamp, and the green light is on; press again to turn off the car lamp and at this time the button green lamp is off.
Pedal/low-speed button: 1. The power-on default mode is pedal/low-speed
mode and the green light of this button is on. Step on the pedal to drive at a
low speed and , and release the pedal to slowly brake and stop. Or you can
press the emergency brake button on the remote control to stop the brake. In
the state of the emergency brake, the car cannot be driven by stepping on the
pedal.
Safety protection function: When you step on the pedal to start or switch from
the remote control mode to the low-speed mode, you must first release the
pedal and then step on it again to drive.
Pedal/high-speed button: Press this button to switch to the pedal/high- speed mode and the green light is on, then step on the pedal to drive at high speed, and release the pedal to slowly brake and stop. Or you can press the emergency brake button on the remote control to stop the brake. In the state of the emergency brake, the car cannot be driven by stepping on the pedal.
Remote control: Press this button, and the system will switch to remote control mode, and the green light will be on; then use the remote control to start the car. (At this time, the car can’t be started by only stepping on the accelerator pedal!)
Steering wheel button: 1. The middle is the horn sound button, which will be sounded in any audio playback mode; press and hold this button, and the horn will sound continuous. 1. The left button and the right button are equivalent to the previous music\volume-button and the next music\volume + function, etc on the switchboard.
Display: Four digits display: 1. The middle four digits display the voltage of the battery in real-time; it will display the volume change in adjusting the volume (U00-U30); which song (0001-9999) in USB music will be displayed during USB playback. 2. The function icons on both sides of the display are “MUSIC, USB, BT, V, ►, ꞊”, and the mode or state in which it lies will be displayed by its corresponding icon.
USB/Bluetooth playback function

When the machine is turned on without a USB device inserted, it will enter the built-in music playback mode, the English audio prompt “music player” will be given out, and the display MUSIC will be always on. Then press the music button to play the built-in music;

Insert the USB device and the machine will be automatically switched to the USB mode. The English audio prompt “USB mode” will be given out and the display “USB” will be always on. After the prompt sound ends, the audio file in the USB will be automatically played;

When the machine is turned on with the USB device inserted, it will automatically enter the USB mode and automatically play the audio file in the USB. At this time, the music button on the control panel is not functioned. When the USB is pulled out, it will be automatically switched to the built-in music mode;

When no USB device is inserted, bluetooth is in a standby state at any time. When being connected to a bluetooth device, the English audio prompt “bluetooth mode” will be given out and the “BT” on the display will be always on. Then the audio file in the bluetooth device can be played. At this time, the music button on the central control
panel is not functioning; when the bluetooth is disconnected, there will be a beep sound. The machine will be automatically switched back to the built-in music mode, “BT” on the display will be off and the “MUSIC” on. (Bluetooth cannot be disconnected on the central control panel and can only be disconnected on the external bluetooth device) -
When the USB device is inserted, the bluetooth cannot be connected. In other words, USB device has priority.

Name of Bluetooth: CHILOKBO
- Sleep function: the system will enter sleep mode when it is without driving for 30 min, and the central control board will automatically shut down, and all functions will turn off!
- Low voltage protection function: When the voltage is as low as 8.0V, the central control board will automatically power off, and the car will stop automatically. Please charge as soon as possible!
- Charging and power-off function: When charging the car, the central control board will automatically power off. All functions will be turned off, and the car cannot be started!
