Check the door’s dimensions
Step 1: Measure to confirm that the door is between 11/8″~2″ (35mm~55mm)
thick
Step 2: Measure to confirm that the hole in the door is 2″ (55 mm)
Step 3: Measure to confirm that the backset is either 2% “~ 2¾” {60~70mm)
Step 4: Measure to confirm that the hole in the door edge is 1″ (25 mm)
Installing Latch and Strike Plate
- Install latch on the door. Make sure the latch angle faces door jamb.
- Install the strike on the door frame, ensuring you allow for the bolt to be centered in the strike.
Installing Battery
- Disassembly battery cover by screwdriver.
- Insert 4* AAA batteries according to positive and negative pole.
- Install battery cover, and secure it with the screw.
Installing Exterior Handle
Remember to attach rubber gasket to handle before insertion.
Installing Interior Handle

Connect the cable from inside spindle of exterior handle with interior handle.

Insert interior handle into door, secure it using screw B into the exterior handle.
Lock Operation
Use a microfiber cloth and wipe across the fingerprint reader surface.
NOTE: THE FIRST 2 FINGERPRINTS ADDED ARE ADMINISTRATOR. When 2 ad min-
user fingerprints have been collected, adding new fingerprints will prompt
normal-user fingerprint collection. CD Adding fingerprints
Method 1: Use pin to press the “settings-button” on the interior handle
shortly. You’ II be asked to scan your fingerprint. Scan your fingerprint 6
times in sequence. Upon completion, LED will light blue for 2 seconds and
the lock will prompt “Addition Success”
Method 2: Hold your fingerprint
to scanner for about 10 seconds until you hear “add administrator
fingerprint”. Scan new fingerprint 6 times. Upon completion, LED will light
blue for 2 seconds and the lock will prompt “Addition Success”.
* Please note the following factors may affect the fingerprint identification.
1. Fingers are too dry, wet, oily or dirty.
2.There is direct sunlight on the sensor.

Passage mode
In passage mode the lock will stay unlocked for convenient free passage.
Q:Howto enable passage mode?
A1: Press the mode-switching button on the interior handle to change
between modes.
A2: Admin scans fingerprint for 17 seconds until you hear “set to
normally open”. LED light flashes 3 times.
Q: How to disable passage mode?
A: Press the mode-switching button on the interior handle to change
between modes.
Q: How to enable or disable silent mode?
A: Long press the mode-switching button on the interior handle to change.

Delete all fingerprints (Factory Reset)
Use pin to hold press the pin-button on the interior handle for 5-6 seconds.
After prompting “initialization success” the lock has been reset and ALL
FINGERPRINTS (INCLUDING ADM INS).

Additional Information & notices
a. Upon failed fingerprint verification, the LED flashes red for 4
seconds.
b. Upon timed out or abnormal operation, the LED lights for 2 seconds.
c. Please keep at least one key in secure location outside of your place.
d. If the fingerprint scanner fails to recognize your fingerprints, try
to wipe the scanner and your fingers.

a. Blinking red light: Battery power is low, need to replace battery.
