Note: Use only water, no additives or ingredients!

BOIL WATER

  1. Assemble the kettle and the base together on a smooth and dry surface (tea table, table top or kitchen cabinet), then plug in the kettle, open the stainless steel lid, and fill with enough cold water, the water level with the scale inside the kettle, between 0.5L and 0.8L.
Please note: Do not fill the kettle with liquids other than water!
It will never burn out the kettle, and will not boil water for a long time to dry it. When the water capacity is less than 0.5L, the water will boil before the temperature reaches the set temperature. In this case, the temperature controller will automatically close the program to ensure that the kettle will not be burnt out, and you can refill the water after the equipment is completely cooled down.

  2. Put the lid on and make sure it fits in place.

  3. Put the kettle on the base.

  4. Check whether the voltage is the same as the voltage of the appliance (details can be found on the base rating label).

  5. Only connect the machine to properly installed 120V/ 60Hz safety sockets.

  6. Plug in the plug and press the Start/Stop/Temp button, the boiling water indicator (212℉) will come on. If no other operation is performed, the kettle will Start heating after 3 seconds. When the water is boiling, the indicator will “beep” and turn off the power.

FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATION:

  • Start and re-selection function: During the heating process of the kettle, you can also press “Start/Stop/Temp” to select another temperature, and the kettle will execute the new command and boil water at the newly selected temperature. When the water temperature is heated to the selected temperature, there will be a prompt sound (0.2 seconds), and the button light will turn off. The temperature light will turn off 20 seconds later (if the heat preservation function is set, the heat preservation light will flash).
  • Off-seat protection function: when the body is lifted from the base during heating, the kettle will stop working. If the kettle is not put into the base, press the “on/off” key to select the temperature, but it will not start the program. After staying for 3 seconds, a prompt sound (0.2 seconds) will automatically exit the program (all lights are off ).
  • Anti-freeze function: Press the “Keep warm” button alone to start the kettle heating and automatic heat preservation (212℉ boiling water has no heat preservation function, press the “Keep warm” button is invalid).
  • Memory function when the power is off: After lifting the kettle body in the heat preservation state (less than 1 minute) and then putting it back to the base, it can still keep the heat preservation.
  • Over-temperature protection function: when the water temperature in the pot is greater than or equal to the current set temperature, pressing the “start” button will not start the heating, and there will be three beeps/0.2 seconds at the same time. When the water temperature in the pot is greater than or equal to the current set temperature, press the “Keep Warm” button to keep warm, (the “Start” button will not light up and will not heat up), when the water temperature drops to the set temperature (about minus 2 degrees) ) will start the hot filling and maintain a constant temperature until the end of the 2-hour holding time.
  • Stop heating or exit heat preservation: Press and hold the “switch” button for 2 seconds during the heating process of the kettle (beep once/0.2 seconds) to exit the program, and all lights will go out (short press will jump to the next temperature). After the program starts, press the “Keep Warm” button (the keep warm light is on, and a beep sound/0.2 seconds), that is, the keep warm function is set (2 hours according to the menu temperature); press the “Keep Warm button” or “Switch” key to exit keep warm.
  • Turn off or turn on the prompt sound: long press the “Keep Warm” button for 3 seconds to turn off (or turn on) the prompt sound, and the prompt sound is on by default.

Temperature Setting

  1. Press the “Start/Stop/Temp” button, the default temperature is 212℉. Then press the “Start /Stop/Temp” button, the indicator will change from 158℉-176℉-185℉-194℉-203℉-212℉.
  2. After the temperature is set, the indicator stays at the temperature point for 3 seconds, and the heating starts after 1 prompt sound.
  3. When the temperature is 158℉, 176℉, 185℉, 194℉, 203℉, it has 2 hours of heat preservation function (but must press the “Keep warm” button, the button light is effective).

Other Precautions

  1. In order to avoid the actual temperature being higher than the set temperature, at 40 ℉ before the set temperature, the system will change to point heating: heating for 2 seconds /stopping for 2 seconds until the temperature gradually rises to the set temperature, then stopping heating.
  2. After the kettle stops working, please disconnect the kettle from the power supply and do not open the lid when pouring water. To avoid burns, wait at least 5 seconds after opening the lid before putting it back on.

How to Clean

  • Unplug the kettle and let it cool.
Note: Do not immerse the kettle, power cord or plug in water!

  • It is allowed to clean the external surface of the kettle, which can be wiped with a cloth of slightly wet water. Do not add any additives.

  • Do not use a sander, which can damage the surface of the product and may cause electric shock.

  • The kettle should be thoroughly dried after cleaning and kept dry.

Scale Removal

Note: long-term use will have mineral precipitation, this is not a product quality problem.

  • Hard water can allow minerals to build up inside the kettle. To avoid this, use drinking water.
  • Add baking soda, acid scale remover or other standard scale remover and boil water several times to clean the kettle. The water level should not exceed MAX.
