Product Information
Two Bike Rugged Upright Stand
The Two Bike Rugged Upright Stand is a bike rack that can hold two bikes at a time. It has a maximum weight limit of 150 lbs (68 kgs) and a maximum load per wheel tray of 75 lbs (34 kgs). The bike rack comes with a top connector, top poles, center poles, bottom poles, base stand, base bracket, wheel trays, long bolts, short bolts, extra long bolts, nuts, washers, and O rings. The bike rack requires a Phillips head screwdriver and an adjustable wrench (or 10mm).
Product Usage Instructions
To assemble the Two Bike Rugged Upright Stand, follow the steps below:
- Connect the base bracket (F), bottom poles (D), and base stand (E) using long bolts (G, J), nuts (K), and washers (L). Do not tighten bolts until the rack is fully assembled and the tubes are properly aligned. Fully assemble the base before continuing.
- Connect the center poles (C) to the bottom poles (D), and then the top poles (B) using short bolts (I). The front side of the rack features a longer section of the base foot.
- Slide wheel tray (H) onto top pole (one on each side) making sure that the flat side of the tray is above the wheel stop on the frame base.
- Connect top connector (A) to top poles (B) using long bolts (G), nuts (K), and washers (L).
- Tighten all bolts, using the wrench to hold nuts where needed. O rings (M) can be used to slide over base legs where needed on uneven floor surfaces.
- After the rack is assembled, wheel trays should be placed at the desired height and secured with a quick-release lever.
To adjust the wheel tray size and height for different bikes, follow the steps below:
- Adjust the wheel tray length so that the wheel sits as deep into the tray as it can without the tray coming in contact with the frame or fork.
- Adjust the height of the tray so that the rear wheel of the bike is barely off the ground level and that the tire is contacting the wheel stop on the base piece.
Please note that heavier bikes should be loaded carefully and not exceed the
maximum total weight limit of 150 lbs (68 kgs) and maximum load per wheel tray
of 75 lbs (34 kgs). For any service-related issues, please email
