Product Information

The product is a plastic model kit of a Bronco car with a 2-door or 4-door version. The kit includes plastic parts tree and hardware, plastic scale accessories, decal sheets, and instruction manual. The model kit can be assembled and painted to create a customized Bronco car with various options for spare tire and LED lighting.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Scan the QR code for painting tips before starting assembly.
2. Place the body on the chassis to mark out body post locations and ream holes to mount (varies by chassis).
3. Wash the inside of the body with dish soap.
4. Place window and light bucket masks inside the body.
5. Paint the scheme using the recommended paint.
6. Locate the plastic parts tree and hardware. Use 1.5mm, 2mm, and 3mm hex drivers as required for assembly.
7. Assemble the plastic scale accessories in the order shown in the instruction manual.
8. Choose one of the two options for spare tire:
   • Install Spare Tire Holder and use M4 screw (included) and M4 wheel nut (not included) to attach spare tire (not included) of your choice.
   • Use Spare Tire Delete plate.
9. Add BRONCO lettering and turn signal decals to the plastic grille, and mirror details to plastic mirrors.
10. Optional: wire up your Bronco with LED lighting (sold separately). Each headlight requires (1) 5mm white LED, while each taillight requires (3).

Note: The 4-door version uses the same steps as the 2-door version, but with 2 additional door handles.
Congratulations on the purchase of your new Ford® Bronco rock crawling body from Pro-Line! Please take a moment to review these instructions. To ensure the easiest assembly of your body set, it is advised to follow these instructions in order!

PAINT, DECAL, TRIM

Scan this QR Code for painting tips!

1. Place on chassis to mark out body post locations and ream holes to mount (varies by chassis).

2. Wash the inside of body with dish soap.

3. Place window and light bucket masks inside the body.

4. Paint your scheme using polycarbonate-safe paint, then peel off the protective overspray film from outside of both sections of your body & remove all masks.

5. Detail your body using the included decal sheet.

6. Trim body along the bottom trim line.

7. Ream Holes:

   • 5.5mm holes for center grille section
   • 3.5mm holes on all marked door handles
   • 3mm holes for outer grille holes, taillight bucket assembly, windshield cowl assembly, and hood hooks
   • 5mm for spare tire holder (optional)
     ASSEMBLE & FINISH
     Locate the plastic parts tree and hardware. 1.5mm, 2mm and 3mm hex drivers required.

8. Assemble plastic scale accessories in the order shown at right.

9. 2 options for spare tire:
   Install Spare Tire Holder and use M4 screw (included) and M4 wheel nut (not included) to attach spare tire (not included) of your choice. OR
   Use Spare Tire Delete plate.
