Floor Lamp
This floor lamp comes in three different models – FL0371,FL0372, and FL1598. It is made in China and has a maximum wattage limit for bulbs with a E26 (medium) base. The lamp has different parts labeled A to Q, with an on/off switch for convenience.
Important Safety Instructions
It is important to follow the safety instructions to avoid damage to the fixture’s finish. Carefully remove all parts and hardware from the carton and do not discard any contents until after assembly is complete. Always use light bulbs with a E26 (medium) base and do not exceed the specified wattage limit.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before assembly, make sure you have all the parts and hardware needed. Carefully remove them from the carton, along with any protective plastic packaging.
- Choose a soft, flat surface to assemble the lamp. Do not damage any parts during assembly.
- Use light bulbs with a E26 (medium) base and make sure not to exceed the specified wattage limit.
- To begin assembly, slide part K up over part J and part H. At the same time, carefully pull the electrical cord out from the bottom of part K to remove slack.
- Make sure the electrical cord coming out of part J is not twisted. This will allow room for part J to slide through part K.
- Continue assembling the lamp by following the diagram labeled A to Q.
- Once assembled, turn the lamp on/off using the switch labeled “On/Off”.

- This lighting fixture is intended for indoor use only.
- Always place lighting fixture on a solid, level surface.
- For use with E26 (medium) base light bulbs only.
- To avoid the risk of fire, do not exceed the maximum wattage of 100W incandescent bulb , or 9W LED bulb , or 23W fluorescent (CFL) bulb , or 9W self-ballasted LED bulb . (Bulbs not included)
- This lighting fixture has a polarized plug (one prong is wider than the other) as a safety feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug. Do not attempt to bypass this safety feature.
WARNINGS:
- To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, or personal injury: always turn off and unplug this lighting fixture and allow it to cool before attempting to replace the light bulb.
- Do not touch light bulb while fixture is turned on.
- Keep flammable materials away from this lighting fixture.
- Never look directly at a lit bulb.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Unplug lamp before cleaning.
- Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth or static duster.
- Always avoid the use of harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners as they may cause damage to the fixture’s finish
PRE-ASSEMBLY
Carefully remove all parts and hardware from carton, along with any protective
plastic packaging.
Do not discard any contents until after assembly is complete to avoid
accidentally discarding small parts or hardware.

DO NOT EXCEED THE SPECIFIED WATTAGE.

Screw part D into part C and tighten fully by hand.
Slide part E up over part D and connect firmly to part C. Make sure part C is fully inserted into part E.
Using part F, connect part G to part D. Part D should only go about half way through part G.
Using part F to keep part G from turning, screw part H into part G and tighten fully.
Using part F, connect part J to part H and tighten fully.
Slide part K up over part J and part H. At the same time, carefully pull the electrical cord out from the bottom of part K to remove slack.
IMPORTANT: Make sure the electrical cord coming out of part J is not twisted. This will allow room for part J to slide through part K.
Attach part K to part E firmly.
Slide part Q over part J and connect part Q to part K as shown. Secure part Q to part K using parts L, M, and N as shown. Tighten part N fully using part P.
Stand the floor lamp upright. Attach part B to part A as shown. Turn knob A to
secure part B.
Tighten fully by hand.
