4. PRE-USE INSPECTION

In order to ensure your safety, please do the following checks before use:

1. Are the front and rear wheels in good condition? Whether the tire pressure is normal or not? Is the fixed nut  tightened? Wheel rotation is flexible?

2. Are the frame, scissors and forks intact? Are differential and hydraulic pumps leaking?

3. Are there any abnormal sounds or smells in the start-up of lifting and driving?

4. Are brake and brake insurance valid?

5. Is the battery enough?

6. Is lifting switch effective?

If and of the above phenomena occurs, it should be repaired before use, and It is strictly forbidden to use with  malfunctions.

5. OPERATING METHOD

a. Forward/Backward

Turn the electric lock 6 up one gear, the power display screen  will display the battery power, and automatically switch on  the starting motor and the lifting motor. You can start the  vehicle by rolling the handlebar 5, and you also can move  forward or backward by switching 20.

Note: The handlebar 5 is CVT. It can be used to implement  quick and slow speed of the lift. Slowly turning to the left will  make the speed faster and faster. When you release the hand,  the speed control handlebar 5 will automatically reset and  the lift will stop.

There is a speed switch 21 on the electrical box, which is on  the right bottom of the lift. The user can adjust the speed  according to needs. Please see specific detailed speed from  technical parameter table.

In order to prevent collision, the left handlebar is equipped  with a brake handle 9 and a brake insurance 24. The lift can  be stopped by the brake handle 9, and the lift can be fixed by  a brake insurance 24. In order to save electricity, the vehicle  will automatically cut off power when braking.

b. Up/Down

When the lock switch 6 is turned on, there are two lifting  buttons 7 on the left handlebar. If the “up” button is pressed, the lifting table will rise. If the “down” button is pressed, the  lifting table will go down and the lifting table will stop when the button is loosened.

Note: This product has a lift controller 13. When overloaded or stuck, the controller will automatically alarm, that is, the lift will stop working after the red light warns 6 times with buzzing sound “beep, beep, beep”. When the alarm is on, the electric lock 6 should be turned off immediately, and then the electric lock 6 can be restored.

c. Charging battery

In order to use safely and longer, the battery should be charged immediately after use. Even if the lift is not used  for a long time, the battery must be fully charged every two-month, otherwise it will affect the life of the battery.

6. WARNING

Operating forklift is not only a technical work, but also a dangerous work. Please read this manual carefully  before using it. Correct operation is the only way to ensure safe use. There will be hidden dangers of injury or  even death if operate the lift incorrectly.

In order to ensure your safety, please do the following checks before use:

a. It is strictly forbidden to lend forklift to some people are not trained or authorized, especially minors! b. It is strictly forbidden to operate on unstable and uneven grounds. It is strictly forbidden to lift goods on slopes and slippery roads

c. It is strictly forbidden to lift and load of rolling goods. The cargo shelves loaded must be solid and reliable to  prevent cargo from falling off and cause injury.

d. The goods must be stored in the center of the lifting table to prevent the lift or the goods from overturning. e. It is strictly forbidden to load super high, super wide and super heavy. It is strictly forbidden to lift the goods very high.

f. Inconsistent air pressure between left and right tires can easily lead to overturning, and excessive air pressure  can lead to tire explosion and overturning.

g. Stop operation immediately when abnormal sounds, or abnormal smells are found.

h. It is strictly forbidden for any part of the body to enter the lifting area. It is strictly forbidden to load  inflammable, explosive and other dangerous goods!

i. No malfunction! Refitting or altering the structure is strictly prohibited!

j. It is strictly forbidden to use or charge or discharge in flammable and explosive environment. k. It is strictly forbidden to wash electrical box and battery with high-pressure water guns! Especially the lifting  controller and starting controller!
