Scope of application

This new product is used for medical and health, colleges and universities, biology, agTiculhire, scientific research and other departments for strains and biological cultivation equipment.

The lower pa1t of the working chamber is equipped with a heating wire. The temperature gauge controls the temperature constant and high. The outer casing is made of steel plate. The smface is treated with anti-rnst layer. The galvanized plate is used in working chamber. The door is made of transparent door to make the case visible at a glance.

Operation instruction:

Heat indicator light: This light lit up the said relay work and is in heat mode COOL indicator light: Relay this light illuminates the said work, and in a cooling mode R function keys: In the setting state less than 3 seconds, press this button to exit set system. Press this button more than 3 seconds system parameters restore to factmy Settings

  Key: in the condition of setting parameters can be raised or code, in the nmmal display status to press this button and then press the del key 6 seconds system restore factmy Settings

Keys: cut parnmeter in setting state, press this key, or code, and hold this button for 6 seconds in the n01mal display status shows OFF /ON switch – to lock or unlock the parameters. (locked in addition to the set temperature of other parameters can only see can’t change the Settings) Press 11S11 button for 3s get into the procedure menu code mode, display the code “HC” . Press “ ” or “ ” for cyclical selection of parameter code of “HC- CP- LA- HA- PU- CA”. To enter a code, press the” S “button, press the “6 ” button or the ” v ” button to change to the desired data and press “ ” to save and exit; Control the temperature set press11S11button, display blink and it is the default setting. Press “ ” or “ II to change the data and save automatically. Note:
LA floor level and HA the up limit are not the temperature control parameter adjustment, change will reduce the temperature control range.
Back to default setting: press the “R” button for 3s and display blink 5 times, all paran1eters back to default setting;
Parameter lock: press   for 3s and blink, display “OFF”, means the parameter were locked by the user, this method is the same when display “ON” means the parameter were unlocked by tlie user.( after_pru·ameter locking1 user could check but not change, the function at-temperature adjusi is valid)
Fault tips:
When the sensor short circuit or detect the environment temperature is higher than the uppertemperature limit of 194 degrees, delink and display HHH and stop the output load; When the sensor works normal and detect the environment temperature is lower than floor temperature limit of -58 degrees, blink and display LLL and stop the output load.

Note matters:

  1. To prevent high- frequency interference, do not install the sensor line bundled with the power line and loaded equipment line, but should be separated wiring;
  2. Supply voltage must be consistent with the rated voltage and the deviation is less than± 10%. Sn.-ict distinction between sensor installation, power line and Loaded output interface;
  3. The temperature control host machine cannot be installed in the place where is dripping water, or the elderly, children could be touched;
  4. The wiring should be checked whether the line is c01rnct, to avoid accidentally bum of temperature control host machine and loaded equipment, installed applications supporting protection back cover obscured;

Installation wiring diagram:
Make sure to install the loaded equipment’ s voltage is identify with temperature control host machine’ s voltage otherwise the wire connection cannot according to this figure .

Notes

  1. The sample should not be too crowded during use, so as not to affect the convection inside the box. When placing the cabinet, please make sure that the cabinet is effectively grounded to ensure safety. Do not touch the electrical circuit on the left side of the cabinet with your hand or wet cloth when powering on.
  2. Volatile, flammable and explosive materials, please do not put in the box to heat, to prevent explosion.

Daily maintenance of equipment

  1. The incubator should be kept clean at all times. The door glass should be wiped with a soft cotton cloth. Do not wipe it with a c01rnsive chemical solution to avoid chemical reaction and scratching the glass.
  2. If the incubator is not used for a long time, it should be coated with neutral grease or Vaseline on the plated paits to prevent conosion, and put a plastic film dust cover in a diy room to prevent the appliance from being affected by moisture.
  3. Daily maintenance of equipment:

1.Plug in the power to tum on the power switch device does not respond
  • Power supply problems, ask an electrician to help solve.
  • The electric heating wire is burnt out. The multimeter “ohm” can be used to measure the resistance value at both ends of the electric heating h1be. lfthe resistance value is 0, it means that the heating wire is shoit -circuited, which is the total jump of the electric gate; if the resistance value is several hunch·ed kohms or infinity, then It indicates that the heating wire is blown and open.
  • The power switch insert is disconnected.
  • The power switch is on, you can check the control circuit board and the conesponding cable

2.Temperature cannot rise|

  • Check if the timing time has been run to the timing setting value;
  • Check the line control boai·d, use the multimeter to check the output, check according to the ch·awings.

3.The display panel display temperature is different from the mercmy the1mometer in the oven.| Judgment premise:

  1. The thermometer should be measured after passing the inspection by the inspection depm1ment.
  2. Measurement of the installation position of the mercmy theimometer: Please suspend the thermometer at the center of the inner cavity and do not measure it directly on the shelf.
