Introduction
Before using this adjustable mower, please read and understand all the contents in the manual which will guide you to use the lawn mower correctly.

1.3 Safety precaution

1. Make sure that children, the elderly, and pets stay away from the machine when running.
2. Before starting the machine, check and clean up all the debris in the mowing area.
3. Make sure those who are not familiar with the safe operation of the lawn mowers stay away from the machine.
4. Do not disassemble, repair, or debug the machine while it is running.
5. Do not operate the machine when the safety device is damaged.
6. Please wear safety gloves when checking or changing blades.
7. Do not use a lawn mower to weed after taking dizzy drugs or drinking to avoid accidents.
8. The installation and operation of parts should follow the manual, and only the original parts should be used.
9. Even if the manufacturer has installed the parts of the lawn mower before purchasing, it is necessary to check again whether each part has been bolted tight before use.

1.4 Storage and transportation

1. Please use the original packing to protect the machine during transportation.
2. The lawn mower must be stored out of the reach of children.
3. In rainy season, it is recommended to place the lawn mower in a place without rain.
4. Please move the machine indoors in the snowy season.
5. It needs to be lubricated with oil and grease again if the machine is not used for a long time.
6. Keep away from fire.
7. It is recommended to place the machine in a dry and dark area.

2.1 Main components
The mower mainly consists of three parts: gearbox, driving shaft and mowing roller.

2.1.1 Gearbox

• Fill the gear oil according to the instruction mark before use.
• Do not touch it during use to prevent burns.
• Equipped with anti-reverse safety device.

2.1.2 Transmission shaft

Before use:

• Make sure the locking pin at the connection is well fixed.

• Add butter in time.
  During use:

• Do not touch, prevent getting involved.

2.1.3 Mowing roller

Before use:

• Add butter in time.
• Make sure the connection between hammer claw and mower roller is not loose.

During use:

• It is strictly forbidden to approach and hit soil.

2.3 Main functions of the lawn mower
2.3.1 Offset function
The hanging position of the mower can be manually adjusted before using according to the requirements of the working area, so as to realize the mutual transformation of the horizontal position of the mower and the offset state, so as to achieve the mowing  effect of higher coverage.

3.1 Check if the accessories are complete

3.2 Grassland clearing
Clear the weeding area and remove toys, stones, wire and other objects on ground.

3.3 Start the mower

1. Check the gear box, drive shaft, suspension and mower rollers before operation to see if they are tightly installed and can operate normally.
2. Manually adjust the mowing position.
3. Start the engine.
4. Control the tractor lifting system for leveling.
5. Put into gear of working position.
6. Release the clutch.

3.4 Precautions for daily use
3.4.1 Lubrication
In order to achieve the maximum efficiency of the machine, please carry out oil lubrication and grease lubrication before use.

3.4.2 Cleaning the mower

1. Be sure to stop the engine before cleaning the mower for the blade will rotate if the engine is started.
2. Clean the grass, gravel and entanglement on the top and bottom of the mower.

3.4.3 Weeding height adjustment

1. To chop grass with a lawn mower, especially when cutting thicker or taller grass and branches, properly increase the height to avoid blockage of forage and branches. In addition, please slow down when breaking grass in a narrow place.
2. There are two positions for the height, the first is 1.5 cm set by the factory, and the second is 4 cm. It can be adjusted according to the individual needs of grass scraping.

3.4.4 Blade replacement

1. Stop the engine.
2. Please wear gloves or wrap the blade in cloth to protect your hands when holding the blade with hand.
3. Lift up the main body of the mower.
4. Loosen the bolt that holds the blade.
5. Check and replace the damaged blade.
6. Insert the blade with the concave surface facing the tractor. If it is installed reversely, the blade will operate poorly and cause accidents.
7. Use the original washers and bolts to tighten the blade.
8. Tighten the bolts that fasten the blades, otherwise accidents will easily occur.

The blade shaft stops working| 1. Remove foreign objects at the blade shaft.
2. Damaged bearing seat, bearing or oil seal of bearing seat; clean up foreign objects; repair and replace if necessary.
3. Ensure that the pulley is locked well.
4. Check whether the transmission belt is damaged or displaced, and replace or adjust if necessary.
5. Send the lawn mower to an authorized unit for repair and check whether the gearbox is damaged.
6. Check whether the driving shaft is damaged and replace it if necessary.
7. Check whether the output shaft of the tractor is damaged, and send the tractor to a repair unit for repair.
The V belt is damaged frequently| 1. Use a ruler to check whether the vertical direction of the upper and lower pulley is aligned, and adjust it accordingly.
2. Check whether the bearing of tensioning wheel is damaged, and replace it if necessary.
3. Adjust the high and low gears of the tractor and confirm that the input is 540 rpm.

This product has a 1-year warranty (from the date of purchase).

• The operation method of the equipment is correct and complies with the provisions of this operation manual.
• Neither the purchaser nor any unauthorized third party has performed or attempted to repair the equipment.
  Mowing blade, V belt, oil seal and other parts are easy to wear, so they are not covered by the warranty.
  The above manufacturer’s warranty liability does not affect the user’s existing warranty rights from the distributor / wholesaler.

If there is a failure in the lawn mower equipment you purchased, please send the failed machine, warranty card and purchase invoice to the maintenance service center listed on the warranty card.
