Product Information

The C80 80W CO2 Laser Tube is a professional glass laser tube designed for use in laser engraving and cutting machines. It is a spare part that provides strong energy for engraving and cutting non-metal materials such as acrylic, cloth, leather, bamboo, wood, and paper. The laser tube uses German Schott discharge tube and special coating technology to enhance its performance. With a length of 1250mm and an outer diameter of 80mm, the C80 80W CO2 Laser Tube has a rated power output of 80W and a trigger voltage of 23KV. It has a gross weight of 5.35kg and comes with an installation drawing.

Product Usage Instructions

Ensure that the laser machine is turned off and unplugged from the power source before installing the C80 80W CO2 Laser Tube.
Locate the laser tube compartment on the laser machine.
Remove the old laser tube from the compartment and disconnect its wires from the power supply.
Carefully place the C80 80W CO2 Laser Tube into the compartment, taking care not to damage the tube or its connections.
Connect the wires from the C80 80W CO2 Laser Tube to the power supply according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Close the laser tube compartment and turn on the laser machine.
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for calibrating and testing the laser machine with the new C80 80W CO2 Laser Tube installed.
