TOOLOTS A03 Manual Filling Machine

Brief Introduction

• The A03 manual filling machine is specially designed for filling liquid and cream from 5 to 50ml. The shell of the machine is durable powder-coated and all the parts inside are made from 304 # stainless steel and TEFLON.it is beneficial for individual factories and those factories of small scale., laboratories, hospital,s or beauty parlors in daily use chemical section.

Operational Approach for modelA03 manual filier

1. To set up the filling volume: pull the handle(Fig1.23)up first. then loosen the locking nut (Fig1. 25), and circumgyrate the measuring nut(Fig1. 26) CCW to increase the filling volume or CW to reduce. Tighten up the locking nut while you get the right volume.
2. Choose the right nozzle for your bottles, try to use a thick and short nozzle if possible.

4. Connect the machine to an air pump by using a ф 8mm pipe, depresses the pedal switch to work in jog mode, and steps on the pedal switch to work automatically. Use the speed controller for the inlet and outlet(fig22,2.6) to adjust the filling speed. Then adjust the filling volume to as same as the model A03 manual filler.

Attention : This machine is not fit for filling the materials concretionary (such as face cream or beef fat etc)or any materials with grain.

Use a ф12X3mm sealing ring here for filling liquid and use a 14X3mm for cream!

Maintenance

• a. Keep the machine body clean in case of erosion to extend service life
• b. Please lubricate the abscissa axis (fig 1.14), segment gear (fig 1.13), and the rack (fig 1.11)termly.
• c. Please unpick and clean the machine before leaving it unused for a long time.
