Floor scrubber Model G 1
Main parts
- recovery tank
Large capacity water tank design, ensure efficiency, water floating ball device protect the motor. Check before use
1. Make sure the recovery tank cover closed
2. make sure the recovery tank exhaust cover closed
3. make sure no leakage from the suction hose
- solution tank
1. First put detergent in the solution tank
2. Second put water(below 50 degrees)into solution tank
3. At last put the defoamer

squeegee Titanium alloy squeegee, durable; natural rubber, squeegee blades, wear-resistant and durable.
When the machine is working, the squeegee blades rubber can be slightly tilted back to a certain angle. -
disc brush Super large brush, double the efficiency.
After use, it is necessary to wash and check the height of the dish brush every week. If the brushes are old or the burrs are twisted, it is better to reassemble them to avoid overloading and vibration of the dish brush motor ca used by the different tilt of the bristles. -
Control and start panel
First pull down the disc brush and squeegee, then turn on the key switch, the disc brush andwater suction switch to operate.

Installation and operation

connect the battery -

Install the squeegee, connect the suction hose -

Put the detergents and clean water -

Adjust the drain valve to the right volume **** -

Lay down the squeegee and disc brush -

Turn on the key -

Turn on the disc brush and squeegee -

Exhaust the waster water after use -

Clean the recovery tank -

Check the battery sign -

Installation and operation
Cautions
- It is strictly forbidden for minors to use the machine.
- Do not use the machine as a vehicle.
- Do not use acidic or alkaline solutions that will damage the machine.
- The machine’s operating atmospheric humidity is 30-95%.
- Do not inhale flammable liquids (such as gasoline, fuel, etc.), flammable gases, dry dust, acidic and alkaline substances. Can’t absorb the burning hot objects
- If a fire occurs, use a powder fire extinguisher instead of water.
- Do not go beyond the specified climbing angle, do not crosswise driving the machine, do not backwards;when driving on a slope, make sure the disc brush and squeegee is upraised.
- In order to operate the machine safely, we highly recommend clients usethe consumables and accessories provided by the manufacturer.
- All machines have to disconnect the battery cable when maintenance
- All safety standards and regulations must be strictly observed for special circumstances uses(e.g. Pharmaceutical, hospital, chemical, etc.)
- Do not leave any tools above the battery, which may cause short circuit and explosion
- The wiring and electrical motor on the machine is waterproofed, but don’t wash the machine directly with the spray water, wash the machine just with non-corrosive water under certain pressure
- When adding water to the solution tank, do not take off the water hopper, in order to prevent the debris from entering the tank and damaging the pump or obstructing the waterway system

Please disconnect the machine main power before any maintenance!!!
Battery charge
Shut down for charging when there are only three bars left The charging time
is 8 hours Maximum continuous se1V1ce time < = 3 hours Charge the battery once
a month when the device is not in use Battery after losing electricity will
not be able to charge, you need to activate your battery before recharging
Check the battery
Check the battery fluid on a regular basis The battery level is 2cm above the
lead prate and 1.5cm below the top of the battery, Add distilled water or
battery fluid if necessary
Cleaning the squeegee
Wash the squeegee daily after use The best squeegee suction angle is 45 Check
if the squeegee blades rubber is scratched or de- formed
note: if there is a scratch, please replace it in time
Cleaning the recovery tank
Wash and clean the tank after use daily Inspect and clean the floating ball
rack of recovery tank every day, if the dirty water overflow into the motor,
this is beyond the warranty Cleaning the water suction hose
Flush suction hose and adapter daily Check for blockage every 3-5 days
Cleaning the disc brush
Flush and clean the disc brush daily Check the height of disc brush distance
to the ground horizontally every week Applicable to cement floor, terrazzo,
silicon carbide and other hard surfaces Check the bristle length of the brush
plate every two months, the length should be more than 1.5cm
Check the brush pad
Flush and clean it after use daily Check the brush pad thickness every three
days, which should be more than 1/4 of the total thickness Applicable to
epoxy, paint PVC and other sound ground The Brush pad will need a needle
disc to apply with
Check the drain valve
Check if the screw is loose Check when no water comes out
