Product Information

The Home Pro A10C is a camera that comes with a USB cable and power adapter, screw accessory pack, mounting base, manual, and photosensor lens. It features an indicator light, reset button, TF card slot, USB interface, microphone, and speaker. The camera can be accessed through the Blurams App, which is available for download on the App Store or Google Play. The camera is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Plug in Your Camera: Plug the power adapter into a power outlet with USB cable connected. Please use the items included in the original package for optimal performance.
  2. Download Blurams App: Download the App by searching blurams in the App Store or Google Play. Alternatively, you can open a QR scanner App and scan the blurams App QR code below to install the App.
  3. Add Your Camera into App: Enter into the Blurams App, sign up for a free Blurams account, and log in. Go to the home page and click the + icon on the top right corner, select your camera. Please follow the instruction on the App interface to add your camera.

  5. Why can’t I add the camera to the App?
  * Make sure the camera is power on. When seeing the red flashing indicator light, the camera is ready to pair.
  * Connect your smartphone and the camera to the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (5GHz network is not supported currently).
  * Keep the camera, phone, and Wi-Fi router as close as possible during pairing.
  * If above all still not working, please contact the support team for help.
2. Why can’t the camera scan the QR code?
  * Remove the lens protective film and make sure there is no dust on the lens.
  * Adjust the smartphone screen brightness to high.
  * Tap the QR code picture to enlarge it.
  * Adjust the distance between the lens and screen, the optimal distance is 3-5in.
3. Why is the captured video black and white?
  * Position the camera in a well-lit environment during the daytime.
  * Check Preferences to see if the night vision is ON.
  * Restart the camera and re-add it to the App.
  * If you continue seeing black and white or other abnormal colours after trying all the above solutions, please contact the support team for help.
4. Why is the live streaming video upside down?

Add Your Camera into App

Enter into the blurams App, sign up for a free blurams account and log in. Go to the home page and click the “+” icon on the top right corner, select your camera. Please follow the instruction on the App interface to add your camera.

Use of access to the cameras via a web interface.

After you have installed the camera on your mobile phone and created an account with blurams there, you can also access the camera via a browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge). Please enter the following address in the address line: https://client.blurams.com/login
Enter your registered email address, password, and a verification code.
Click on your camera and the live image will appear. At the top right you will find a gear symbol. If you click on it you can change the settings of the camera and see the recordings made.

Why can’t I add the camera to the App?

  1. Make sure the camera is power on. When seeing the red flashing indicator light, the camera is ready to pair.

Warranty Conditions

A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.

  • Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage, electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power supplies, etc.
  • If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the purchased design or use of non-original components.
