The CB615CKBLWH-6PK is a Smart LED Lighting Fixture from Cloudybay designed for recessed can installation. This fixture operates on regular household power (120V, 60Hz) and is JA8-2022 certified. The package includes an LED downlight, a medium base adapter, a user manual, and a control guide. The fixture is designed to be grounded properly and all electrical connections must be in accordance with local and National Electrical Code (N.E.C) standards. This fixture has no lamp/bulb to replace and is not intended for use with emergency exits.

Product Usage Instructions

Before installing the fixture, turn off the power at the fuse or circuit breaker. Properly ground the electrical enclosure and ensure that the outlet box is properly grounded. It is important to read all instructions in the manual carefully before installation.

1. Remove the fixture and mounting components from the box.
2. Check that all parts are present by referring to the illustration instructions.
3. Consult a qualified electrician if you are unfamiliar with proper electrical wiring connections.
4. Make electrical connections in accordance with local and National Electrical Code (N.E.C) standards.
5. If using a dimmer switch, set it to the highest level only. If light performance is not good, change to a regular On/Off switch instead.
6. If you encounter any problems with the product due to non-human reasons, contact customer service for a brand-new replacement or a full refund.
7. If you are not completely satisfied with the product after installation but prefer not to disassemble it, contact customer service for comparable compensation.

If you are unfam山ar with proper electrical wiring connections, contact and obtain the services of a qualified elect「ician. Use UL or IEC-approved wire only for input/output connections. Remove fixture and mounting components from the box, and make sure that no parts are missing, by referencing the illustration in the illustration instructions. retrofit assembly is accepted as a component of a led luminaire where the suitability of the combination shall be determined by CSA or Canadian authorities having jurisdiction. This device is not intended for use with emergency exits.

Turn the power off before installation, inspection, or removal. Use all necessary p「ecautions while performing this procedure. Properly ground electrical enclosure. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THE OUTLET BOX BE PROPERLY GROUNDED. DO NOT REVERSE THE HOT AND NEUTRAL CONNECTIONS, OTHERWISE, SAFETY WILL BE COMPROMISED. This Integrated LED Fixture has no lamp/bulb to replace.
WARNING – RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK. DISCONNECT THE MAIN POWER AT THE FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER BEFORE INSTALLING OR SERVICING THE FIXTURE.

If this fixture does not last for the time period guaranteed, the manufacturer will send you a replacement fixture upon receipt of the returned fixture, register receipt, and proof of purchase. Electrical connections must be made in accordance with local electrical codes and regulations. Consult a qualified electrician to ensure the correct branch circuit conductor.

WARNING

• Risk of fire or electrical shock. LED Panel installation requires knowledge of luminaire electrical systems. If not qualified, do not attempt installation. Contact a qualified electrician. The use of a licensed electrician is highly recommended.
• As with all electrical components, there is always a risk of fire or electric shock if handled and/or installed incorrectly.
• Disconnect power at the circuit breaker panel before any installation.
• Install this product only in situations as per the general instructions above.
• Do not make or alter any open holes in any enclosure or any electrical component during installation.
• To prevent w1rmg damage or abrasion to the wires do not expose wiring to sharp edges of sheer metal or other sharp objects.
• Do not use it when the enclosure is damaged or broken in any way.
• Do not alter, relocate or remove the wiring, lamp holder power supply, or any other electrical component.
• Minimum operating temperature 4°F (-15.5°(). Lamp life may be affected outside these temperatures.

Note: This product is a smart light, using Direct Digital Controls rather than triac dimming. Here is two dimming way for your reference

1. Download Cloudy Bay’s APP, go to the product group or single product page, adjust the brightness and CCT of white light or color light on the control panel; you can also go to the home page, click product group or single product’s common function, adjust brightness and color temperature
2. Control with smart voice devices such as Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa if you have installed it successfully.

If you only have a dimmer at hand, set it to the highest level only, if light performance is not good, we strongly advise you to change to a regular On/Off switch instead.

INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION INTO EXISTING RECESSED FIXTURE WITH COMPATIBLE ORANGE CONNECTORS

1. Remove the existing trim installed in the recessed housing (if necessary).
2. Discard the medium base adapter.
3. Connect the two terminals together
4. Insert the torsion springs into the fixture housing brackets. Gently push the product up and torsion springs so they begin to expand and lift the product in place.
5. Gently push the product in until it is flush to the ceiling.
6. Refer to Owner Manual and Voice Cont「ol Guide to set up products.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXISTING RECESSED FIXTURE

1. Remove the existing trim installed in the recessed housing (if necessary).
2. If applicable, slide the lamp holder bracket to its upward maximum position. If necessary, remove the lamp holder mounting bracket by removing the wing nut and the lamp holder from the bracket, then attach the provided label to the existing luminaire.
3. Install the medium base adapter into the socket.
4. Connect the two terminals together.
5. Insert the torsion springs into the fixture housing brackets.
6. Gently push the product in until it is flush to the ceiling.
7. Refer to Owner Manual and Voice Control Guide to set up products.
