Product Features

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS ( WARNING: To reduce the risk of burns, electrocution, fire or injury to persons! )
a) Do not disassemble the unit except for the authorized serviceman.
b) Unplug the unit before filling. Do not exceed the MAX mark.
c) Do not touch the socket with wet hand to reduce the risk of electrocution.
This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:

• staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments.
• farm houses.
• by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments.
• bed and breakfast type environments.

If the manufacturer wants to limit the use of the appliance to less than the above, this is clearly stated in the instructions. Before using this product, please read this instruction carefully and keep it for future reference.

• Do not immerse the head and base in water or other liquid, nor flush with faucet.

• After the water in the distillation barrel is dried and automatically protected by temperature control, the machine head assembly shall be opened after an interval of about 10 minutes to  avoid possible burns caused by the steam in the barrel.

• Before the product is connected to the power supply, confirm whether the marked voltage is consistent with the local used voltage.

• If the plug, socket or product is damaged, do not remove the machine for repair without permission, to avoid the wrong connection of the internal circuit, resulting in power short circuit and other dangers.

• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand  the hazards involved.
  Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years.

• This product is not suitable for people with physical or mental disorders, to avoid harm caused by wrong use.

• When taking the head components or cleaning products, turn off the ON/OFF switch first, and unplug the power plug of the head components and the host power plug.

• For the first time, add 1.0L of water and 2 tablespoons of citric acid into the tank of the main engine, cover the head assembly, boil water with electricity for about 20 minutes, after  pouring out the water, rinse the tank and the distillation cover with clean water (the distilled water made for the first time cannot be drunk).

• When cleaning the interior, it is forbidden to use steel wire brush (velvet) and other hard articles to scrub the inner tank of the main engine and the inner tank of the machine head, so as to  avoid scratches formed on the surface of the inner tank, which will cause dirt accumulation in the gap with fine scratches.

• When it is necessary to stop the production, you can press the red ON/OFF switch. There is no need to wait for the water in the tank of the host machine to dry up completely.

• This product can continuously produce distilled water, that is, after the water in the tank is empty, press the red ON/OFF switch and turn on the nose component after an interval of about  10 minutes. Add the water with the largest scale into the inner tank of the main machine, press the red ON/OFF switch again to restart the distilling.

• Installation and disassembly of outlet nozzle are shown in the diagram as below(Figure 1):

Use Instructions

Open the package, take out the machine (the whole machine extension head and host machine), extract the head, and take out the inner parts of the tank. If it is a glass bottle, assemble the  handle of the cup and make sure the handle is firmly assembled, follow “Glass bottle assembly method” in the glass bottle.
Make distilled water

1. Add the water with the maximum scale water level into the tank of the main engine (do not exceed the water level).
2. Place the machine head on the main machine (check whether the sealing ring of the machine head is properly installed or leaking), insert the connecting power plug (product plug) of the  machine head into the socket of the machine head, and insert the power cord plug (product plug) into the power socket of the machine head.
3. After confirming the correct connection and fastening of the plug, insert the host power plug into the wall socket, and “–” will be displayed on both screens.
4. Press the start button at the bottom of the display, the left display displays the default setting temperature 105, the right display displays the default setting time 3:30, stop for 1 second, the  head fan starts to work, the host enters the heating state, the right display time enters the countdown state.
5. Bottles of nozzle match to the outlet of the host, the host when heated, about 30 minutes, distilled water to start from the host drips water mouth slowly, until the right screen time becomes  0:00, host to stop working, and display bright show “-” or due to host the tank water is not fit to 4L, the machine in the right screen time before become 0:00, the water in the inner bladder  of the host machine has been completely burned dry, and the temperature control is automatically protected. The display screen shows “E1”, or, then the water can be re-added for the next cycle work.
6. Time setting: Press the SET key, the right display screen shows 03:30, tail 0 flashing, press the SET key again, the screen at 03:30 tail second 3 flashing, press the SET key again, the  screen at 03:30 second 3 flashing, press the SET key again, the screen at 03:30 first 0 flashing, you can adjust the desired time by “+”-“, the longest time is 99: 59.

Make distilled wine

1. Put the steaming rack into the liner of the main engine and place the materials used for steaming wine on it.
2. Place the machine head on the main machine (check whether the sealing ring of the machine head is properly installed or leaking), insert the connecting power plug (product plug) of the  machine head into the socket of the machine head, and insert the power cord plug (product plug) into the power socket of the machine head.
3. After making sure that the plug is properly connected and fastened, insert the power plug into the wall socket and display”–” on both screens.
4. Press the start button at the bottom of the display screen, the default setting temperature 105 is displayed on the left display screen, and the default time 3:30 is displayed on the right  display screen. The default setting temperature can be adjusted according to the demand of wine making by pressing the “+”-” button at the bottom of the display screen (the lowest  temperature can be set to 30 degrees, the highest to 108 degrees). After stopping for 1 second, the head fan starts to work, and the host enters the heating state. After heating to the set  temperature, the host enters the constant temperature state and begins to make wine until it is finished, or until the time on the right display becomes 0:00, the host stops working, press the  start button (turn off), and unplug the power plug.

Cleaning

• If the shell is soiled, wipe it with a flexible cloth.
• After each use of the main engine tank, clean the residual fouling with clean water, and at least burn the cleaning reagent (citric acid) recommended by our company every month.
• Add 1.0L water and 2 tablespoons citric acid into the tank of the main engine, without covering the head component, boil water for about 30 minutes after electrifying, then pour out the  water and use it to clear rinse with water. If scale cannot be removed at one time, the above method can be repeated for cleaning.
• If it is a plastic outlet, it is recommended to replace it every 2 to 3 months.

Common Exceptions and Handing

No distilled water dripping

1. The power supply of the main body and the power socket of the top body are not plugged into the socket. Please check and plug it again.
2. Did not press the start button (the display did not display the temperature).
3. No water is added to the main engine tank.

Insufficient distilled water is produced each time

1. The water in the main engine tank does not reach the maximum water level scale.
2. Leakage or poor sealing of the sealing ring of the nose assembly shall be checked, and the sealing ring shall be reinstalled or replaced with a new one.
3. No water is added to the tank of the main engine.
4. The outlet nozzle of the machine head is not properly installed, which needs to be removed and reinstalled.
5. The setting time is not long enough, and the water in the tank has not been distilled.

Head assembly shakes or water overflows during water boiling

1. The water in the main engine tank exceeds the scale line of the maximum water level.
2. If the head component is not installed in place in conjunction with the host machine, it shall be taken out and replaced on the host machine, and the effect of placement shall be properly felt by hand.
3. The sealing ring of the machine head component is not installed well, it needs to be taken out and reinstalled.
4. The outlet nozzle is clogged with dirt precipitation, and the outlet nozzle needs to be replaced or cleaned.

When the power supply or working process displays “F”
Abnormal temperature sensor needs repair and replacement.
When starting power supply or working process displays “E1”

1. Temperature protected, it will reset naturally
