Product Information
The Electric Honey Extractor 4-8frames is a tool designed to extract honey from beehive frames. The model number of this product is HE-18C-48E-EU and it operates on a voltage/frequency of 220V-240V50Hz. The honey extractor has a speed regulation range of 32-40cm(lifting) and a capacity of 4-8 frames. The frames that fit this honey extractor are Large frame: L415mm W200mm and Small frame: L415mm W135mm. The main materials used in constructing this product is 201 stainless steel. The honey extractor also has an automatic stop when open the lid feature and locked rotor current (overload protection) feature.
Product Usage Instructions
- Start by assembling the support legs. Align the holes on the three legs with the corresponding three holes on the barrel and insert screws into the holes, and tighten them with a screwdriver.
- Erect the barrel and unscrew the honey outlet connector. Then, put the honey outlet at the corresponding outlet outside the barrel. Finally, put the plastic nut into the barrel, connect it with the honey outlet connector, and tighten it.
- Assemble the two lids with screws.
- Put the beehive frames of different sizes with honey into the corresponding frames in the barrel.
- Connect the power cord to the electrical port to power the honey extractor.
- Turn the key to position 1, power on, and adjust the speed control knob to start the honey extractor.
- If you open the lid, the motor will stop working automatically. And if you close the lid, the motor will work normally.
- To take out the honey, first loosen the screw. Then hold the handle of the honey outlet connector, lift it to open the honey outlet, and let the honey flow out.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

- Make sure the honey extractor is clean before use;
- The speed of the honey extractor must not be too high or too low. Adjust the speed according to the amount of nectar or usage habits;
- Connect to the grounding pile to fix the honey extractor;
- First turn off the switch, then power on the honey extractor, and then adjust the speed knob to control the speed of the honey extractor;
WARNING:
- Turn off the power when not in use.
- Do not disassemble or change this machine.

ASSEMBLY AND USE
Step 1: Installation of Support Legs.
First, take out the three legs and place the barrel on the ground. Next, align
the holes on the three legs with the corresponding three holes on the barrel,
insert screws into the holes, and tighten them with a screwdriver.
Step 2: Installation of the Honey Valve.
First, erect the barrel and unscrew the honey outlet connector. Then, put the
honey outlet at the corresponding outlet outside the barrel. Finally, put the
plastic nut into the barrel, connect it with the honey outlet connector, and
tighten it.
Step 3: Installation of Honey Extractor Lid.
Assemble the two lids with screws.
Step 4: Put the beehive frames of different sizes with honey into the corresponding frames in the barrel.
Step 5: Connect the power cord to the electrical port to power the honey extractor.
Step 6: Turn the key to position 1, power on, and adjust the speed control knob to start the honey extractor.
Step 7: If you open the lid, the motor will stop working automatically. And if you close the lid, the motor will work normally.
Step 8 : Take out the honey
First, loosen the screw. Then hold the handle of the honey outlet connector, lift it to open the honey outlet, and let the honey flow out.

CLEAN,CARE AND STORAGE RULES
Care and cleaning :
The honey extractor shall be thoroughly cleaned and dried before use.
Especially the one that has not been used for a long time, shall be
disassembled and cleaned. Otherwise, the honey stains and other impurities
left in the honey shaker will pollute the honey. After using the honey
extractor, clean the inner and outer walls of the barrel and its stainless
steel frame. And dry them with a clean and dry cloth, use a hair dryer, or let
them air dry to keep them clean to prepare for the next use.
Storage :
Please store it out of the reach of children;
After using the honey extractor, place it in a cool place and cover it with a
large cloth to prevent dust from entering.
