Function Descriptions
Transmitter:
CD LED Indicator: lights up green for 2s when powered on; slowly flashes blue
when battery is low and requires charging.
- 3.5mm Microphone Jack: used to connect to a mic.
- Display: shows current operating channel, battery level, etc.
- Frequency[+]/[-] Buttons: adjusts frequency channel.
- Laser Pointer Switch: enables/disables laser pointer.
- Antenna: long/short antenna replaceable. Use short antenna for regular use within 10Om, or use long antenna to enhance use distance.
- Back Clip: used to buckle the transmitter on belt or trouser.
- Power Switch: flip the switch to lower/upper position to power on/off the transmitter respectively.
- Screen Lock Switch: push the screen lock switch downwards to enable screen lock, which disables [+],[-], and [SET] buttons input on transmitter.
- SET Key: Home & Mute/Unmute.
- Laser Pointer: assistive communication feature.
- USB Interface: for charging the transmitter using a Micro USB cable.
- AUX Input: connects to a 03.5mm audio cable.
- Charging Contacts: for charging the transmitter when placed in the charging case.
Transmitter battery level is shown in four bars, each bar representing the remaining power left. The battery meter changes to when battery is running low and requires charging.
Receiver:
- Power Button: turns on/off the device.
- Volume Buttons: adjusts the receiver volume level. 9 levels in total, defaults to level-6 volume at startup.
- Silicone Protective Case.
- Ear Hook.
- Charging Contacts: for charging the receiver when placed in the charging case.
- USB Interface: for charging the receiver using a Micro USB cable.
Operation Instructions
Insert a mic into the transmitter and turn on the transmitter, then turn on
the receiver. Adjust the transmitter to a designated channel, once the
receiver is within Sm radius of the transmitter, it will automatically pair to
the transmitter. By factory default, the device starts at Channel 01.
(Refer to Automatic Channel Pairing section for pairing methods.)
Power On/Off
-
Device Power-On: for the transmitter, flip its power switch to lower
position; for the receiver, press and hold its power button for 3s until its LED flashes blue. -
Receiver Power-Off (three methods):
Method 1: Press and hold its power button for 3s until its LED flashes blue, then release to power off the receiver.
Method 2: Auto shuts down if without signal activity for over 10 minutes. Method 3: One-key shutdown of all connected receivers via transmitter. Press
and hold [SET] button on transmitter for 6s until a power-on/ off icon appears, then all receivers connected to this particular transmitter will auto power off. -
Transmitter Power-Off:
flip its power switch to upper position.
Volume Control:
- Receiver: once the receiver and transmitter are paired successfully, click[+]/[-] button to adjust the volume level, which has 9 levels in total and defaults to level-6.
- Transmitter: there is no volume control on the transmitter.
Channel Adjustment
Automatic Channel Pairing:
- Transmitter: press and hold either[+]/[-] button for 3s until the Channel Number on screen becomes adjustable. Next, press or hold[+]/[-] button to select a desired channel. Then, press [SET] to confirm and exit editing. The receiver will automatically pair.
- Receiver: the receiver will automatically sync/pair channel without any operation required.
Single Transmitter Mode
When both the transmitter and receivers are powered on, keep the receivers
within signal range to auto connect them to transmitter. The receiver
indicator will become green (from flashing blue) when connected successfully,
accompanied by a corresponding voice prompt. By factory default, the device
starts at Channel 01.
Dual Transmitter Mode
To add another transmitter into the system, please adjust the second
transmitter’s channel to the operating channel. Once connected, the auxiliary
transmitter screen will show a two-person avatar icon, indicating dual
transmitter mode. In this mode, receivers can receive signal from both paired
transmitters. To return to single-transmitter system, simply power off one of
the transmitters.
Mute Control
Transmitter Mute: when powered on, Short press [SET] on transmitter to mute,
the screen displays a mic mute status icon . Short press [SET] again to
unmute and return to home screen.
Laser Pointer
To use the laser pointer, flip the laser switch to lower position. To turn it
off, flip the laser switch to upper position.
MIC IN &AUX IN
The transmitter supports mic and AUX audio inputs. If you plug in both the mic
and AUX audio cable, you can switch to mic input source by short pressing
[+], or switch to AUX input source by short pressing[-].
Charging Case
Each charging case supports charging up to 2 transmitters and 40 receivers
simultaneously. First, connect the charging case to mains using the power
cord; then, turn on the power switch on the charging case (power switch turns
red). The device’s charging indicator flashes green while charging and turns
solid green when fully charged.
Single-Port USB Charger
Connect the single-port USB charger to mains, and connect a device to the
charger via Micro-USS charging cable. The device’s charging indicator flashes
green while charging and turns solid green when fully charged.
Replace Antenna
The transmitter supports long and short antenna replacement. Use short antenna
for regular use within 100m, or use long antenna to enhance use distance.
Troubleshooting
Transmitter/receiver does not power on: Check if the transmitter/receiver
has power.
No sound: Check if the transmitter is muted or if the receiver volume is
too low, or if the transmitter is in mic mode.
Too much noise: Check if there is strong electrical interference in the
surroundings, or try to keep the volume level as low as possible if
appropriate.
No response when quickly pressing[+]/[-]: Be sure to release the button
after pressing. Each keypress should be at least 0.8s, otherwise it will not
register. This is to prevent accidental operation.

To avoid electric shock, overheat, fire, radiation, explosion, mechanical risk and injury or property loss due to improper use, please read and observe the following items before use:
- Please check if the power of the connected equipment matches with that of this product before operation. Adjust the volume to proper level during operation. Do not operate at over-power or high-volume level for extended time to avoid product malfunction or hearing impairment.
- If there is any abnormality during use (e.g., smoke, strange odor), please kill the power switch and unplug from power source, then send the product to the local dealer for repair.
- Keep this product and its accessories in a dry and ventilated area. Do not store in a humid or dusty area for extended time. Keep away from fire, rain, liquid intrusion, bumping, throwing, vibrating, or from blocking any ventilation openings, to prevent malfunction.
- Please abide by safety rules during operation. Do not use the product in places prohibited by laws or regulations to avoid accident.
- Do not disassemble or repair the product by yourself to avoid injury. If you have any questions or require any services, please contact our local dealer.
